This place has gone so far downhill since the new ownership took over. Wrong items given, inconsistent wings, sometimes they’re done super crispy others they’re almost gooey. Staff is a little rude and entitled. Not to mention the high prices. Sad to see a once great wing place fall off so hard

Everything was over cooked! I just spent $100 on delivery. 25 Bone in Wings and 25 Boneless Wings with Fries. We still dug in because we were hungry but yeah its not worth it.

BSB has the best wings of Cranberry. The staff are friendly and are always willing to customize according to your preferences. The fries are really good as well. Wings are a must try!

Very disappointed in my experience on Super Bowl Sunday. Made my order for a couple dozen wings at 10AM for a 5PM pick-up, understandably a busy time for the biggest sports event of the year but they were completely unprepared for the all of the orders. I received my pick-up order an hour late and that was a good result, as many others had EARLIER pick-ups and waited over 2 hours. The wings also came out inconsistent, and most were over cooked and dry.
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt with new ownership and will try again on a less strenuous evening but I’ve had BSB’s at numerous locations and always enjoyed their wings but came away disappointed this evening.

Trying out some wings and burger for lunch.. wanted both.. hungry. Wings come out crispy moist delicious. Not dry on inside. Hit the spot , hamburger 1/2 lb and are pretty size and very tasty. Make sure let them know what type of condiments to add and how if you like it light then let them know before hand. But burger ate extremely delicious. sorry no picture on burger I ate pretty quick and forgot to take pictures.

The absolute BEST wings and chicken salads you can get in the area! Delivery wings are always a gamble, especially with a 20 minute drive. Ours were absolutely delicious, crispy and the Neopolitan My little one is a boneless wing, nugget, strip critic “500 stars best cooker EVER”

I would prefer Sports Grille wings before I ever come here again it was so greasy and overpriced they should actually come up with better deals, the salad was good but the ranch dressing here is terrible me and my family ended up throwing away over $50 bucks no one was happy but I guess it all depends on who is making your food also just a thought. It’s been awhile since i been to bsb, but DAMN those wings were so good they make you slap your mama!!! Glad to hear there’s new ownership . BSB in cranberry is the new favorite restaurant in cranberry . Clean , super nice staff and better than ever . thanks guys will see you again next week .
