Loaded fries were amazing with their homemade ranch! The cheesy goodness was equally distributed throughout the fries, unlike many places that just cover the top. The wings were cooked to perfection. They even scored the containers lid so the wings didn’t get soggy during transport.

Very disappointed. The extra bacon sandwich I got had less bacon than a regular sandwich. It was also not cooked and so very greasy. I had to re cook it and drain the grease. The bun was also stale. My order with the 50 wings was closed tomorrow $100. Will never buy from here again.

I got an order of 13 wings with a bed of fries and was supremely disappointed. There was almost no sauce and the 5 dollar for the fry bed amounted to s total of 6 fries. The wings were hard and cold. My wife got 6 bone less wings with almost no sauce either. And the total was around 60 bucks. I used to love BSBs and recommend everyone to go there, but no more. It’s a sad day for chicken wings in Butler.

First time ordering from this location and will most likely be the last. Spent over $90 (including tip for carry out) on 50 wings and a side of loaded fries. The fries were the only thing “fresh”, sadly the wings were very small and old. The sauce on them was the only thing tasty. Disappointing to say the least..

This restaurant is usually one of the best. In the last month and a half I have ordered from there twice. The first time my family and I got extremely sick for two days. Tonight I ordered more with a bed of fries. My fries were completely black but soggy. When requesting a refund for just the order of fries I was denied a refund. I’m hoping this time we don’t all end up sick. By the look and texture of the fries I would have to say the grease needs changed. I don’t think I will be ordering from there again.

Use to get chicken here all the time. Got some 15 boneless wings tonight and the moment I undid the cling wrap I can smell something burnt. Open it up and more than half is burnt. Called store back and they said it’s something to do with the oil. Whatever dude. I know I it smells and tastes and it’s burnt.

I just want to say, the owner is great. I’m updating my review for the simple fact of how kind and understanding the owner is about an order not being right. I recently placed an order on Sunday I was not pleased with and he made sure to reach out and even spoke with me on the phone to make it right and get all the details. Probably the one of the top three wings I’ve ever had. I came back home for Christmas from Tampa and stumbled upon this place while home and I’m so glad I did. “Ain’t My Faulks” and “Game-Changer” which are in the respective pictures! Absolutely delicious!!!!

When they temporarily closed, I was genuinely disappointed, but their comeback has been even better than before. The wings are amazing, they’ve expanded the menu beyond just wings and fries, and the customer service was something that I haven’t experienced in a long long time! I felt like they really cared about my experience! There was a small issue with an online order, and the owner himself called me to apologize, make things right, and personally ensure I was taken care of. He genuinely cared about the experience I had, and that level of service is something I haven’t seen in years. It really means a lot, especially when deciding where to spend my money.
And let’s talk about the options…they got over 100 flavors (more if you’re creative), but our go-tos are definitely
