I will not be returning to this store. My chicken tenders were so hard that my 1yr old didn’t eat them. My husbands chicken sandwich was just 2 pieces of hard chicken tenders and bread with nothing on it. My mac and cheese had no flavor and the collard greens were over salted. Worst part was that I paid 25.00 for food that we just threw away because I didn’t want to drive the 20 minutes to get my money back. I am very disappointed after driving past this place about 10 times.

My family and I waited months to check this place out, then we heard about the Fried Chicken Friday deal, so we decided to give it a shot today. So figuring that it is Friday and it was around dinner time, i decided to call ahead about an hour before i was done work, so that i could pick up our meal on my way home. When i called, i asked the woman that answered the phone if i needed to call ahead or could i just come in. She said I could just come in, so i went through the drive thru and tried to place an order. The woman on the mic then told me it would be an hour wait to get fried chicken, because they had a ton of orders come in over the phone. So i asked her why did someone just tell me not to place an order over the phone, but to come in? She responded that there was nothing we could do now about it. I let her know she lost a customer and she ignorantly said, “thats ok, we have many more.” I was shocked that she would speak like that to a first time customer. Now mind you, there were only 2 customers inside at the time and it was dinner time. I wonder why they wouldnt be prepared for the dinner rush, especially when promoting a deal. On the way home my wife called and asked to speak to the manager, who turned out to be the ignorant woman taking our order. In the end she lied and said that she never made her ignorant comment and there was nothing they would do to help us. Needless to say, my first time at Big Q BBQ will be my last. Terrible customer service!

The chicken, wings, and ribs were all very tender, juicy and flavorful. The guy working the register was also really friendly and knowledgable about the menu. Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in the north. Would recommend

The pulled pork plater was a big surprise,, it was real good and the potato slices were deep fried and very tasty, the biscuits that came with the platter were also very good and price wise a lot cheaper than Arbys.

The above review must be a relative…the BBQ is horrible,the portions are small,they won’t last the year…you get one chance to make a 1st impression and they wasted theirs…cars were lined up around the corner the first week and look at it now..I’d rather travel to n.e. to sweet lucy’s

I wish I could give in no stars. YUCK!! How is this place even open. I was so excited to try and this food was hardly edible!! Nothing was homemade and the mash was instant. The Mac was so hard and tasteless I could not even chew it!! Very disappointing. Please don’t waste your money!
