Went here to go to Sean’s Smokehouse buuuut it was gone and Big Pig BBQ was open….although I wasn’t sure because the signage wasn’t clear. In my opinion the prices were a bit high for the amount of food served. That said, the Turkey was delicious – moist and flavorful. The briscuit was well flavored and good – not great – it was a little dry. The Texas toast was very good and the fries were hot and crispy. This is a very new establishment so while the atmosphere was uninviting it will be worth going back in a week or two to see if it has improved. I would love to see a solid theme (probably western since it’s bbq) with wall decor, genre music, etc.

Wow that was disappointing. We got a two meat plate with brisket and chicken and potato salad and a one meat plate with ribs and beans. First of all, the potato salad was slimy and all the wrong textures. Too much mayonnaise and egg and the potatoes chunks disintegrated. I asked for a different side as it was inedible and was given hush puppies. The hush puppies were the right color on the outside but inside were a gross uncooked paste. The brisket was one slice of brisket which tasted identical to pot roast. I could go on but what’s the point? Save your money and go somewhere else. $40 for one of the worst bbq lunches I’ve ever had.

Stopped by for the first time today I was a fan of the prior establishment in the same location, so I figured I’d give it a try. The dining area was nice and clean. The menu is simple, and everything on sounds good. Prices seemed pretty decent. I decided on the Smothered Brisket sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. I was not disappointed. It came with plenty of brisket, and the veggies were cooked to the perfect texture. The brisket was juicy, though I prefer a smokier flavor. The hoagie it was served on was soft and fresh. The sweet potato fries were great too — especially with their Bang Sauce. Also, the staff was polite and attentive. My first impression: 5/5

I got the turkey and potato salad, turkey was dry. The potatoes seemed like they weren’t cooked all the way. The soda machine looks gross and the ice was questionable. No regular bbq sauce, they all had a funky flavor that did not pair well. I would not recommend. I tried a bite of the pulled pork which wasn’t great either but better than my lunch. That’s why I gave 2 stars. It’s very expensive for what it is, and I felt like I had to choke it down because I couldn’t waste it after spending $18.37 for a cup of potato salad, one medium size piece of turkey, a piece of toast and a drink.

We intended to go to Sean’s, and decided to give Big Pig a try. Our brisket, ribs, sausage, beans, and cobbler were delicious (the slaw was kind of bland). The service was friendly and attentive, and the girl at the counter apologized profusely for the store’s broken air conditioner, which was not a big deal. The atmosphere could use a little more personality, but the ownership is new so I’m sure that will improve. We’ll be back.

This place was amazing! I’ve never had smoked turkey and it was out of this world. I liked the price for the amount of food. I don’t like how other places give you pounds of meat and you can never finish the plate. This place is an awesome family owned restaurant.

This was amazing. Their brisket was absolutely delicious. Not to mention the customer service was amazing. Also their turkey was some of the juiciest turkey I’ve ever had. My sister got the big pig sandwich and she said she would order that again in a heartbeat. Not to mention the hush puppies are some of the favorite I have ever had.

Big Pig BBQ is legit! I love their food. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I got the sandwich that’s called the Big Pig and it had pork cream cheese and a sweet jalepeno jelly! So delicious!! I even love that I could get sweet potato fries. The owner is also super awesome. He is always looking for feedback to improve his store. Definitely recommend.

The owner advertised their new food truck on Facebook to rent for events. I reached out and scheduled the truck. The day before the event I messaged to verify everything was still good to go but received no response. The morning of, I messaged again and got the response, “Sorry I’m on vacation but I messaged them and haven’t heard otherwise”. Well the truck never showed up. I called the store, got a very nice girl on the phone who said she would call her boss right away and I’d get a call back. Never got that call back. Called the store about 45 min later to verify that the person I booked with was indeed the owner and was told he was working at another event. We had advertised this event with our business and neighboring businesses. If you had double booked yourself or forgot, you should have said so when you responded that morning giving us time to cancel. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
