Local. Easy. Simple. Good. Fair. Nothing to write home about, but I had zero issues. To get a 5 star from me requires the wow factor. I know they want 5 stars and you hurt the business if you don’t but I believe this to be a bad way to rate things because you end up with extremes.

decent bagels but they’re literally constantly out of flavors like chocolate chip which is the one bagel they make for kids, or garlic herb. worker said they only make like 18 a day of these flavors? why not make more if they are sold out every day within the first hours of being open… meanwhile bags of jalapeño cheddar for example are always left over the next day. also, the wait is always like 15-20 minutes even when there are like two people ahead of you. it’s always a frustrating visit, not sure why i keep trying to give them a chance. better off just buying bagels from the store.

Great tasting food! But it took us 40 minutes to order and get our food. Too long. That’s why I took away one star.

A nice bagel shop. About 20 flavors, a decent selection of cream cheese, and a handful of solid sandwiches. Great staff, quick service, and decent flavor freshness. A delightful place.

Friendly staff and great tasting bagels. You can get them plain with cream cheese, or try one of their great tasting bagel combinations. Many different types of bagels to choose from. I personally always get the Eye Opener. While your there, grab some bagels to go by the 1/2 or full dozen. They even sell bagel toppings, coffee and the lemon bars that are really delicious. My family and I really like this place. If you’re in the area and in the mood for a bagel, you should definitely check this place out!

Always awesome place. I love the Lox box and breakfast bagels. Convenient to order online and it’s ready and waiting for pick up.

This place used to be good but I wouldn’t recommend now. Prices don’t match the product quality. Ordered a lox bagel. Cost me almost $10 for that. They put ONE LAYER of salmon across the bagel. That’s ridiculous… should have paid for salmon flavored cream cheese bagel instead. Anyway… the bottled soda was room temp and the “baked yesterday” cookie was dry. I’m not usually a review writer but this whole experience was so lame and disappointing I couldn’t help myself.

Great bagels, lots of choice. I would ask to have my bagel to go thru the toaster twice cuz I like mine crunchy!

I had the lox & capers on a sourdough bagel & it was amazing. Also bought a bakers dozen for the road. The staff is super friendly & the coffee is respectably good. Great place to grab a bagel if you ever find yourself hungry for bagels in Redmond.
