Update 2025 – Went there for dinner with 2 friends. We had been going to a steak house just outside Camden, AL But the steaks became too tough and full of gristle. The steaks there were the best I ever had until the owner decide the dollar was more important.
Now the steaks we had here were top notch!! Very juicy and great flavor. I’m the only one of the three of us who ate the whole steak. I had the fries as a side. Not that good. I should have gotten the baked potato instead. They also served Bavarian Bread to start.
My one complaint is our tables were uneven by 1.5 inches. Luckly I wasn’t drinking. The next time we go it will not be on a Friday. Many people were having a really good time drinking and a on the loud side.

Aubrie was our waitress tonight since we came in for my husband’s birthday. She was great! The food was delicious and flavorful. We had the chicken sandwich so good, The chop burger and the chop burger with gravy and onions.. I had to have a bite of everything..lol Id definitely come back if I’m back in the area.

All of our food was great! The steak..the burgers…the salad..the fries.
Wasn’t expecting the interior to be as small as it was, but it wasn’t too bad. I do hope they expand soon though, so many people want to stop in, they need more space for seating!

The steak had so much salt on it, I had to cut the top and both crust off to be able to eat it. The fries were at least twice as salty as McDs ever was. The crab cakes and shrimp were also very salty.
The shrimp dip and chips were good.

This place has the best steaks around. You can get different cuts and get them cooked to perfection. They serve alcohol and the service is good. The menu had lots to choose from. A great place to eat. Come hungry and ready to eat.

My husband and I decided to drive an hour to eat at Big Mike’s, both of us felt weird after eating the food, by morning, we were both throwing up, confirmed food borne illness. The service was great, food is over priced and the customers have the burden of paying an extra fee if CC is used. No fee if paying with cash. I wouldn’t recommend this place. This is the worst experience I have had eating out.
