Not sure how to describe a chicken wrap in chapati bread (similar to a tortilla) to explain why my family would travel 1000 miles on vacation with this place as one of the high points on our itinerary…
I’ll try to explain, but I think it is best to just eat here once and make up your own mind of why this place is a hidden ‘hole in the wall’ gem of a place to eat some fresh, tasty, and messy food.
My family has been here 3 times in the last 4 summers (one visit for each of our 3 vacations during this timeframe) when we are visiting the Pacific Northwest (we live in California).
The first time we ate at Big Man’s, we were hungry and were just trying to find a place to eat in the relatively remote location of Husum, WA.
The next 2 times, eating either lunch or dinner at Big Man’s was designated a special place on our travel itinerary.
The food is so fresh and tasty.
The Chapati bread used in the wraps is similar to a tortilla. I believe each Chapati bread used in the wraps is made right after the order is placed, so it cannot get any fresher than that!
Not sure how to describe the food other than it is unlike any rotisserie centered restaurant I have ever been to (different than regular rotisserie in a good kind of way).
Enjoy!

Fantastic rotisserie and smoked meats available in a delicious, house made, chapati wrap or as a BBQ style plate. Great slaw and hot-sauce selection.

A gem of a BBQ spot, especially after a day on the white salmon. If you happen to go through wet planet, big man’s is right down the road and makes an excellent pit stop. Their wraps are varied and delicious, the Cuban was dripping with meaty goodness. When people say it’s worth the wait I would agree, not the wait is definitely there with the operation as small as it is. Great way to finish off a day of rafting.

You might have to wait but it’s more than worth it. Trust me, venture out to this spot and you won’t be disappointed. You can’t really go wrong, as all the meats are fantastic, but the pork is out of this world. Usually have some great local beers on tap as well. Always go when I’m anywhere remotely close to the area!

One of those great local businesses that you’ll never find anything quite like! The chapatis are creative, flavorful, fresh, and unique. The truck is iconic and a local favorite. It’s definitely worth the wait in line as the small staff make your meal, and they do events too.

The half pork and half chicken with the freshly made carrot/buffalo sauce was amazing. My wife also had the Cuban Chapatti which was so full of meat that we had to take the rest home with us. Great food, great service, would definitely come back here again!

Had a pretty incredible pork sandwich when they were catering an event. Ever since then I’ve wanted to come back and try out their regular menu but I can never find them. Where are you?! Let me give you my money!

DONT come here if you are real American or Trump supporter! Place is your typical Left winger Social Justice Warrior hangout and the owner Trevor supports illegal Aliens working in his kitchen. DO come here if you have pink/blue hair and don’t shave your legs or armpits.

Big Man’s is now a food truck in Bingen, WA.
