Upon entering you are greeted with a smile and you can feel the genuineness of Big Mama. Oh yes, she is real and is there. Our food was cooked to order. Brought to our table with friendliness that you only get from a small town restaurant. The decor was reminiscent of my childhood. Clean, bright, and inviting. And on this 107 degree heat index. Wonderfully comfortable.

My friend and I stumbled across this place while on our way to a memorial service. Food was 2 thumbs up soul food. We had fried pork chop, pork bbq sandwich with cole.slaw, mac and cheese and greens. It was all good, I’d go back if I were in town. Seasoned good.

Best hotdogs and lemonade, the big momma burgers and bbq are really good also. Prices are more then fair for the great quality food! The ladies are always super sweet. My coworkers and I have been eating lunch here most days for the last few weeks.

Was on a fishing day trip and on the way home we were looking for some place to get something to eat and found Big Mamas. Two ladies were standing outside and we inquired about the food not realizing we were speaking to Big Mama and they had just closed. Let me tell you they opened back up for us and we were not disappointed. My husband who is a bit of a critic was impressed with the kindness and the food.
