People are super chill and the environment is always pleasant. People are honest and friendly about product recommendations and we always have an easy and fast transaction when going here. Subs are very wet by the time we get home (about 10 minutes), but that’s just how big John’s is, no matter which one you go to 🙂

This is probably one of the worst big John’s in Genesee County. The bread is always stale I do not understand how I’ve never had fresh bread from this one I try not to eat there but I do not eat McDonald’s and other stuff so I get stuck working in the area and I give him opportunity every now and then and they fail every time.

I ordered a Philly chicken sandwich and what I received was an onion sandwich. There was barely any chicken on it. It was mostly onions and cheese. It was a takeout order and when I got home I called them immediately to let them know and they said that the chicken is pre-portioned and then they asked if I had ordered a 16″ because that’s usually who complains about it. I told them that it was an 8″. Why would you put the same amount of chicken on different sized sandwiches. Will never go there again. If I wanted on onion sandwich I could have made one at home.

I had never been there before but I’ll certainly go again! The steak and onion was fantastic. Servers were patient, knowledgeable and kind. Great value for small price.

My wife and I are only get to eat at big John’s once or twice a year because we don’t live in Michigan. Our bread was dry and not fresh so I told the manager and she said she would tell her district manager. That didn’t help us a that time.
