My partner and I truly love this place. All of the drinks are incredible (ngl we’ve tried almost all of them at this point), and the food slaps. The specials change out weekly and they’re always the best. The patio is super perfect! For real 10/10 spot. I only wish they had later hours bc I would probably live here!

Love this place. So happy it’s only a 5 min drive south from us. Wonderful cocktails that are crafted beautifully and balanced. The food is delicious! We brought our sis from out of town and she was so happy! We all enjoyed our dinner! Friendly, great food, great spot! Yay!

Pleasantly surprised by this place located on Bryn Mawr between Kedzie and Kimball. The initial impression was that the prices on the menu seemed a bit high given its location. And some dishes like hummus plate, which consisted of cut up carrots and cucumber with pita bread and a large spoonful of hummus, was not worthwhile at $14. Same goes for a bowl of Irish cabbage soup for $10. Having said, other items like chicken wings and burgers were quite delicious and were worth paying little more for them. While their great beer selection and wonderful cocktails, and many will go here because the options are limited in the area, the price point is little too high for what they offer.

I went here because I been to Bryn Mawr Breakfast locations and theh recommended this place two or three times. However, I was very disappointed on food. Food was very tasteless. Way to overprice for plain rice vegetables on top and meat on top of all that. It looked more like bowl than anything else. Paying $26 for each was very expensive and no taste. Tables didnt even have salt and pepper shakers to add some flavor to it. Drinks are way over price too $16 for a small drink. Forgot to take picture of it though

Love the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. Service was fantastic. Food was so good, nothing was left on the plates. Look forward to trying the patio and the great sounding drinks next time.

Big Hill is a big hit!

I brought my parents here on Friday for dinner and it was a great call! The decor is a mix between modern and old school barn type decor.

We sat ourselves and the only negative was no one came to take our order for about 10 minutes until I made some eye contact with the hostess and one of the waitresses. That was the only hiccup.

I had one of their Manhattans which was very smooth and a great drink.

Beyond that I did their BH Burger which consisted of beef, cheddar, onion, lettuce, special sauce, mustard, pickles, toasted brioche. I will say next time I’d get the secret sauce on the side. I seemed to get all over the bottom of the burger making the bun soggy. It was very tasty and the accompanying fresh cut fries were great!

I can’t wait to come back maybe for brunch on a weekend and check out their patio. Plenty of street parking can be found.

The cochinita pibil bowl was delicious as well as the Chamoy-orange nonalcoholic beverage. It’s a very chill atmosphere.

Big Hill is one of my favorite places. The custom cocktail menu is long and rotates seasonally so you can get a different drink each visit. Simple menu with a great selection. Staff are friendly and warm. The ambience is perfect for a group of friends or a family.

I’m happy this came to the neighborhood! They’ve got a great craft cocktail list and the interior is really warm and inviting. The beer list is somewhat limited, but considering they just opened in May, that’s to be expected. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Wow!!! Never knew this place was just in the vicinity of my house. My wife and I came in during dinner time and we made it to happy hour too. Food was great, drinks amazing and the service received from Katrina at the bar counter was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming around here more often.
