I was there for a retirement celebration for a close friend. Staff was amazing. Bartender ladies were superb! The food was brought in by the party host, so I cannot comment on BH’s food. Very happy and positive atmosphere. Fun night.

There is not much reason to hang around this location. Food is just edible. Service is fascinatingly slow. They probably should break down and hire another worker for evenings. That way, the bartender could bartend and not have to run back and forth from the kitchen every 5 minutes.

Small smoking bar for locals. A place where local drunkards and smokers gather to play bingo and cards, watch football and shout loudly. The place isn’t for tourists and families. I didn’t feel comfortable there. Beer and food are ok, menu is very limited. Only one bar waitress is doing everything (serving customers, making cocktails & cooking food)

I’d give it a half of a star if I could. I mentioned to the bartender on 4/23 that the old fashions me and my friend got were beyond undrinkable. Way to strong. As I was leaving the guy i ended up giving the old fashion to even said himself it was “to strong” I did say something to the bartender but automatically she had a nasty reply of “I don’t like twisted teas bc they are all sugar”. Idk left a real bad taste in my mouth. U wanted to love this place but i just kinda can’t after this. Also a regular named Wyatt came up to me and my friend and made us uncomfortable all night but the bartender did nothing. Do not recommend

I’m not a smoker anymore, I should’ve figured I’d hate it in here, loud and nasty in here. Kinda smelled like a toilet mixed with cigs. Not sure how much I’d trust anything that’s not directly out of a bottle from here. I would highly recommend, skipping this big heads, and go to the richboro one, it’s much cleaner, better selection, larger place, full restaurant. 0/5 if I could for this place, IT’S A DUMP!

If I could give 0 I would. On October 18th I had an awful experience at this location with the rudest bartender. I wonder how this establishment stays running with someone like this attending to customers. Currently looking into filling with the BBB. I will never return to another big heads because of this woman.
