DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ordered a specific sandwich which was chicken mushroom swiss. The guy asks “you want bacon”? Answer NO! He asks stupidly ” you want that a burger?” Answer NO! I don’t eat beef or pork! Just chicken, swiss and mushrooms. “OK drive up”. Gives me the order, I go home in the rain, can’t wait to eat it!! Open up, bacon everywhere, small burger NO chicken at all, not a mushroom to be had! When I took it back later to give me the correct order gratis, they said ” NO. There’s NOTHING WE CAN DO.” Absolutely idiotic way to run a business. As rude as she could be, and BTW The Hot Spot Grill is right across the street and way better! The food is fantastic, paratha, raksmi, chicken mushroom sandwich, tandoori quesadilla, etc. Best onion rings EVER! Don’t patronize this Big Flames. Money grabbing dirt bags when there are hundreds of business owners who would apologize profusely and at the very least, comp their mistake. Zero stars, they do not deserve your business.

Been going here for more than a decade and their food has always been good…great even! I always get the chorizo breakfast burrito and zucchini sticks. The burgers are great as well. Food here are huge, fresh, and full of flavor. I never have any complaints. Workers are nice and so are the owners. Support your small businesses around your area. They’ve always been there for us, now it’s our turn to be there for them!

There was hair in my food so called up there they had a attitude saying that’s not my hair it better be short in all this other stuff. Then I went up there and showed them the hair and they were trying to argue and I just wanted my money back I just had came from up there I asked for my money back and they said no so they Re made my food and there was hair in the new one to if anybody reads this don’t go to flames it has horrible service and the chef makes your food with no gloves on no nothing makes your food on a counter I’m disappointed I been going there for so many years it’s sad I want this place taking down asap

Got the bacon cheeseburger combo for $7.99 and loved it. They give you a lot of fries and the burger is delicious and pretty big. The service was quick on the drive through and the employee was courteous. Will return.
