I can make your mouth water with 3 words: bbq pork nachos. And if it’s not watering, then get yourself over to Big Ed’s because clearly your broken and these nachos will fix you. My hubby had the smoked pork chops…and you get not one, not two, but three! If that’s not convincing enough, the order taking gal at the front is super awesome with a big smile. Great experience. Great food.

This was my first time eating here. A little more customer service, at the order counter, would have been GREAT. I had a shredded sandwich and potato salad. The pork was sweet, but good, and the potato salad was really good. I’d stop in again, it’s a do again for me.

Picked up our food at the time we were told to pick up, and received ice cold food. Both burgers were broken into pieces and hidden with cheese. One of the three pieces of my burger was undercooked but the other parts were fully cooked. Strange. We usually have good experiences with this place, but after then we will not be back. Very disappointed.

We had one person in front of us and one person after us. We waited a good while, person after us got their food before us. Then we were asked if our order had even been taken. We reminded them what the order was and they still got it completely wrong. Mine was very tough and very heavy on the salt and my husband felt nauseous after. Neither of us could finish it. We usually never have a problem, but this is second time now where we had to wait for over 45 minutes for our two orders. This time I waited an hour and 15 minutes in my car. Lots of workers coming in and out hanging outside around the smoker, smoking cigarettes, nothing really looked productive. No one even came to me or anyone else to see if there was a problem or to apologize for wait time or anything.
Go home 4 minutes down the road and the food wasn’t even fresh.
This was the last time I wait an hour for Big Ed’s.
