Super delicious food truck! The couple running it care about the food. Always good sized portions and the flavor is there. Only reason why I rated as 4 stars is because the hours are inconsistent and can’t find updated hours anywhere. Will continue to be back here.

The thing about good bbq for me starts and almost ends with the meat, and Big D’s does not disappoint on that count! The pulled pork is awesome, bits of the char bark and all. The burger was really great, clearly Big D knows his protein. The finish, is almost there with the sides. The slaw is yummy and all the sides very much have that homemade taste. The dirty mac with a delicious green chile had great flavor. My only criticism is the one thing most bbq struggle with, mac & cheese. It tastes home spun, but lacked some savouryness. It needed some sharp cheddar zing to go with the sweet tanginess of the green chile cheese melt. Last but not least, no bbq is truly good without sauce, and on this they did great. No array of a million lack luster sauces with funny names, just one delicious down-home sweet and tangy winner! Thanks for the deliciousness Big D’s!

Definitely a must try if you love BBQ! THIS guy is the smoke Master. Potato salad is so good, pulled pork, brisket, steak, mac n cheese, breakfast, lunch, dinner, omygosh. The best variety. Definitely a great stop in Albany. Call ahead, and have your order ready when you arrive. Right behind Santiam Liquor Store.
Don’t forget $5 Mondays !! and the Friday night Steak special.

Had one of the Mets meals ever, here. Their take on eggs benidict. Amazing rolls, layered with super thick smoked pork belly, smothered in a delicious gravy, topped with 2 eggs.

For starters, they stayed open a little later for me, so that was awesome.
The food is amazing, The BBQ pork just melts in your mouth and just tastes amazing. Potato salad is perfect and the beans on the side make it all the more! My daughter loves the Mac and cheese with pulled BBQ pork on top! I hope to try their breakfast next! Truly a great place with a very welcoming environment. If you haven’t yet I definitely recommend trying them out!

Tried Big D’s for the first time and it was amazing! And the owner was super nice. I was the first to arrive, and he did inform me that there was a wait because he had to wait for the grill to heat up but it was worth it. I usually work on Sunday mornings and today I finally had the chance to try it! I’ve been following on Facebook since before he was over by James gang pizza. I’m gonna try lunch tomorrow if he’s open !

I was craving corned beef for St. Patrick’s Day. I saw that Big D’s had it and I knew that I had to try it. I’m very happy that I did. It was soo good. I am definitely recommending this food truck and I am definitely going back. I would rate the food 100/10. ☺️

Love the food! Tried 2 daily specials: Malibu Chicken Sandwich and Steak and Mushroom Sandwich. Side was the Mac n Cheese.
The chicken was tender and full of delicious smokey flavor – very generous serving too! The steak and mushroom was superb! Very lean, tender and flavorful – and also a very generous serving.
The owners are very nice and the aromas – WOW!
We will be back to explore more of the menu!!!!
