The pizza was delicious as always and I love new location inside of GrainWorks. I also appreciate the always reasonable wait times (never more than 30-40mins) even during the dinner rush. The new app is easy enough to use for ordering as well. Just wish a better parking solution existed for this location for my carryout orders. But otherwise 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing. My wife brought home a box of buffalo chicken pizza after a work event. I am not usually a fan of pizzas that taste like other food items but I was hungry (6/10 on the hunger scale). I took a bite of it at slightly below room temperature and I was amazed. The chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection. The cheese blend had to have been researched by scientists. The buffalo sauce was flawless archetype of what buffalo sauce should be. I don’t normally eat the crust on pizza but even the crust was good. I then decided to heat up a slice in the microwave for 40 seconds to see what it tasted like with the cheese melted. I can’t describe to you what I felt in that moment nor will I try. Can’t wait to go to the store and buy a fresh pizza.

This was an amazing find. We are fairly new to the area and we wanted to try pizza spots so we decided to come here. The pizza was thin and full of flavor. The kids loved the pizza and the wings were amazing as well. We ordered the cheesy breadsticks and were delighted with the whole meal. Would definitely return. This is our new pizza spot.

I used to live in the area and had this place several times through delivery and once as a pick up. Best pizza ever!! The pizza oven they use makes the perfect crust! Marinara sauce is also great!! It’s savory but also sweet and full of flavor. Miss this place a lot 🙁

Disappointed. Used their app for delivery, at the end it must’ve defaulted back to pick up so we had to go get it unexpectedly, last minute, no biggie. I called to check for accuracy of delivery and was told it was my fault (the person on the phone clearly couldn’t have cared less). I arrived to pick up and the food boxes were piled and crushed. They left out a 10$ item (cannolis), the salad was full of brown lettuce and the fries were soft and undercooked.

I should’ve checked every single item at this point, that’s on me. But, we were in a hurry, that’s why I selected delivery originally.

We try to only use small business so this is a shame. The food that we could eat was very good, we just couldn’t eat 3 of the 7 items. I’m sure they’re a good place but, we will not use them again.

EDIT after “owner” response: I almost didn’t respond because the owners response was so bad by itself and I generally dont make a big deal about small things like this. The review response is about as expected, just lies and ugly blaming everyone and everything else. Maybe 20 words were exchanged when I picked my order up (at the exact time I was told via the big dog app btw, not “over an hour”), no words were rude by anyone involved at least while I was present. Not sure what “footage” could show other than how bad they mightve acted about me after I left. I held back the fact about the 15% driver tip via the app that I was told was an “in house tip”, not sure what for on a now pick up order. We were never told anything about the canolies being out, even after I asked if this was the entire order and was told yes (it was clearly not). More lies – there was no refund given, not on the app, not on our card. No one tried to make amends as the owner stated, not that we needed it. Guess they’ll just not even mention the photos or bad salad etc

Big picture- small business with terrible service does good enough to stay operating. All the under 5 star reviews are service based. It’s pretty impressive to cause even a door dasher to leave a review about service lol

I was there last Saturday and food was very good. Last night excited to come back, and everything was bad. I order pickles, very slow service. While waiting made dinner order two sandwiches and small pizza. Unlike Saturday service took a long time, veggies are almost not present. I paid good money and felt I got sauce dough and some meat. Work eating on line. Owner was present and regardless of being busier quality not there. Should not be in business this is not Mason store service or quality. While not owned by the same person, West Chester is the daughter of the Mason store and this is not the first time quality has been an issue, but it is my last time paying for sub par quality and goofing of personnel. Grainworks deserves better and there is no excuse to serve less than fair helping of veggies at these prices. I’d consider another business and sell it, you’re not good at ownership if you cannot staff and cannot handle this business by now.

I ordered on line. It went very well. The only problem was, I was not aware that you had moved. The picture on-line is of the Cinn-Day location. So I was about 10 minutes late getting my food. It was warm, but not hot. AND, there was no where to park to pick up my order. And as it was a Friday evening, the parking lot was packed. I am sure this is great for dine in business, and I am happy for you. But not super convenient for carry-out orders.

The pizza was amazing and the hoagie was good. Everyone was very friendly.

The only problem was when I began the order it said curbside pickup. When I got to the store that was not an option and it was very cold and I had my granddaughter with me and was looking forward to not taking her out of the car. With the way the parking lot is it would be helpful to have this option with a couple designated spots for pick up.
Also I called to ask for this they said no you have to come in. Which was fine But when I went in there were 2 people at the register, 1 ringing out and the other just sitting there snd 3 people just standing there looking at me. Seems it would have been easy for them to bring it out. Just a thought.

I saw this as a recommended on a Facebook group and then supported by my Father in Law who had pizza from food truck earlier in the week. It was great. Definitely get the crouton app. They were delicious. The taco pizza was great but it is heavy heavy with the olives. It has salad on top rather than shredded lettuce which was what i was expecting. The pepperoni was huge. The family dinner salad was about what I expected – decent but nothing outstanding. I would definitely go back for pizza again.
