Their bagels and in particular their jalapeno bagel are simple the best. While they have no table service, it was no problem. I simply went down the road to Phoenix Coffee to consume a delicious jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and fresh cup of medium roasted coffee.

My first time here and I shouldn’t have waited so long. Their reputation was always excellent but it’s a long drive. I was in the area today and stopped to check it out. The bagels are great. They had a large selection and I ordered two dozen. Will definitely return and recommend.

Today’s bagels were tasteless- maybe someone forgot to add the salt? They were hard as rocks – were they even baked today or did they get left in the oven too long?
Very disappointed. I’m a native New Yorker and a good bagel isn’t that hard to make!

Once you’ve savored the salt bagels they’ll seem as essential as blood or air. Now living in Cincinnati, but for thirty years in Shaker Heights, took these essentials for granted. Now when visiting, Bialy’s first. Then business.

Ever since my recent trip to Philly I have been on a quest to find bialys and was SO glad to have found them here!! They can be sold online as a six pack or in store. I purchased the mish mosh AKA everything bialy as well as a bagel and pretzel.
Pickup was very simple. These bialys are huge!! I was able to heat one up in the oven and then add my own filing-to start off with I added blueberries. The bialy was soft, chewy, and smelled so fresh!! The bagel did not disappoint either
The staff was very nice and accomodating to my needs. Bialys are lighter in texture than regular bagels and yet so filling. Although not covered in poppyseed the mish mosh bagel comes very close to it.
Place is take out only. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for bagels or bialys.

Quick grab and go store. There is no seating in the store. They are designed to get you in and out quickly. We got a dozen bagles to go, but when we arrived at 9:00 a.m., they were out of about half of the flavors listed with empty baskets on the shelf. No coffee, no cream cheese. Only the bagel. For the price, I was expecting a little more customer service and condiments for a better experience. The bagel was good but not planning on going out of my way to go again. I feel bad leaving this review since I know so many people within our community love this place and the people working there genuinely seem like nice people.
However, I’ve been twice and neither time have I enjoyed the bagels that I’ve gotten. They’re just okay. And for the price of the bagels, I’d like them to be more than “just okay”.
My everything bagels always taste a little bit burnt (I’m guessing some toppings gets slightly burnt?) despite not looking burnt or being toasted.
I’ve also been disappointed by the breakfast sandwiches. In particular, the lack of American cheese when it comes to choosing a cheese. I like cheddar and all, but American cheese is just so much better on a breakfast sandwich. If they added that as an option I’d probably come back now and then.
I’m also confused by the pricing. You can buy 6 individual bagels for $12 or you can buy a 6 pack of bagels for $15? Maybe there’s something in the 6 pack that’s not listed on their website, but it’s weird to me that you’re paying $3 more for a 6 pack rather than $12 if you buy them individually.

This is America. The best of what immigration brings us (among 1000’s of great people, products and innovation).
Hands down the best bagels in the world. Sorry NYC, I’ve tried them all. There are good bagels in New York, but Cleveland’s Bialy’s Bagels beats them all.
To the amazing folks working and running this place, don’t every change, don’t ever close, my life would be saddened every Sunday without my Mish Mosh 🙂
Updated to add the sandwich menu.

I tried their bagels for the first time today. The mish mosh bagel was good. I decided to get the smokie salmon smear on it. The smear was not good at all. I was expecting smoked salmon mixed in cream cheese. But it tasted like mayonnaise with cooked not smoked salmon. For $8 I wish I would have tried something else or gone somewhere else. I don’t think I’ll be back.
