Lunchtime, I’m sure it’s busy, but be warned. This is apparently normal mustard. Called them to see what could be done about this, and after the person who answered the phone conferred with someone off the phone, was told “Next time, order light mustard because thats how much we always put on.”

We were excited to try this place and were extremely let down. I placed a pick up order and the service was slow. I got a text while we were on the way to pick it up that our new pickup time was 10 minutes later than originally expected and when we arrived it was still not ready with almost no communication from the staff. We ordered a burger for my son with no onions or mayo and it came slathered in mayo and the onions were present. I ordered a cheesesteak with no onions or peppers and when I opened it up there were tons. I didn’t even eat it. We also ordered the buffalo wings and my husband said they were barely cooked. We will NOT be going back.

You can tell care is put into this food, not your average reheated frozen slop from most places around. Best mozzarella sticks in the area, a must on their menu. Chicken fingers were also superior to most.
My chicken sandwich was really good, nice sauce too. My husband liked his burger as well. Take out can end of lackluster by the time you get home to eat it, but that wasn’t the case with Big Dogs. Was happy to see them reopen so we could finally try them out.

I order from here all the time. Always delicious. I advise to download there app from the App Store. You can do pick up or delivery. It’s a point system as well so every month or so I can convert my points towards food. I’ve received my whole order for free at times. Highly recommend.

Honest opinion. I think they can have something good here but idk. The fries with the dip was the best thing i ordered. The mozzarella stick are mehh nothing special for the amount of mozzarella you get you know it can’t be quality. The boneless wings are decent the chicken you can tell is better quality but the buffallo sauce itself is not good. Its like too much black pepper or something its changes what buffallo is supposed to taste like. Wouldn’t order again. Big changes need to happen i think

I was really looking forward to trying this place with my kids, since they had heard great things about the food. The sign said it opened at 11:00 AM, but by 11:30 it was still closed. We waited for a while, but nobody ever showed up, so we had to leave and go somewhere else. Really disappointing experience, especially with hungry kids. I hope they fix their opening hours or at least update their information.
