This place should be called “Big DIP Waffle Chili Cheese Fries”. The burger was cooked but it tasted like raw meat, no seasoning. but the Waffle chili cheese fries were really good!

I haven’t taken many pictures my times coming here but this place has the BEST FOOD IN NOVI in my opinion. Especially if you are looking for a good burger. The fried pickles are amazing. Ice cream is amazing. The homemade ranch is really really, really good it reminds you of an old school diner. I was super impressed with the owner being really young and doing such an amazing job me and my family come here constantly. The food is AMAZING they also use very fresh ingredients and very good meats. I have severe stomach problems and never have a problem eating here and neither does my family.
If the owner reads this i also mentioned your place to an influencer for food in Detroir area and Michigan so hopefully he comes buy and makes a video for you!

Always saw this passing by and wanted to give it a try, and today I just did. I ordered two of their Big Dip Burgers with Swiss cheese. It might take 20 mins as per the online order for it to get prepared, but once it’s ready you can finish it in 2 mins. Definitely great, quick service and the burger are actually bigger than what they appear (just the right size). Much healthier compared to many burger places I’ve been to. Will definitely come back again in the future to try something new. By the way, they do have parking but the atmosphere (due to winter) is dead. Price is also decent for what you eat.

Loved my burger. I ordered a Cajun Chicken sandwich and waffle fries with Root beer float. The food tasted great. The restaurant is by the lake side so you can grab your food and sit by the lake to enjoy your meal. Food 10/10, Views 10/10. I’ll definitely be going back. I recommend the place. For a single Sandwich meal which comes with a side and drink it costs anywhere between 10$ to 20$x

The food was fresh, the portion was good, and the price was fair. I could tell they used quality meat for their burger, which I really appreciate. The only thing I’d change is the seasoning — I felt it needed a bit more spice or salt. To me, a burger should taste like a burger, not just plain ground meat. Conveniently located and easy to get to. You can either take out or eat outside under some shade. The burgers are good and made to order and the fries are waffle cut and hot. The only negative is getting your onion grilled costs extra. Overall fun and good place to eat with a view of the water.

I am a Michigander that has moved away, but was back in town for a visit. Was supposed to meet my son at the DQ, but they had limited meal choices. Boy, am I glad for that! We ventured over to Big Dip Burgers and enjoyed everything about this place! The food, the service, the atmosphere. And then ice cream for dessert! Thank you for the memories made, will definitely be back when I come back in town!

We came for ice cream only. First time visitors. First impression is a run-down drive-in Hamburger joint. We ordered ice cream and were told to pick it up at the carnival food truck. It took a long time to get the ice cream and when it arrived it was very runny. We could literally drink the sundaes. I’ll give it 2 stars because its ice crram and it’s right across from the lake.
