The staff is extremely gracious and fast. Food is warm and well-made. They do suffered from some staffing issues because they just don’t have enough people but the ones they do have are great. Much better than McDonald’s. Better quality, food and cheaper. Thanks again!

Nice newer building with a nicely decorated atmosphere. The service was average. We tried the cheeseburger for the first time and honestly the meat texture and taste was not very good. The roast beef sandwich isn’t as good as it used to be. The kids meal is so tiny and had only a book in it of like first words and objects for a tiny toddler who wouldn’t be eating that anyway. I was happy to have gotten a 17% discount on my Upside app though.

Got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich, it was perfectly made. My dad’s brisket sandwich was good too, plenty of meat. Fresh curly fries, the place was really clean and the staff was nice. I was unsure why it had a 4 out of 5, most good places have the 4.5 out of 5. My guess was it took longer than most fast food joints but I’ll gladly wait a little longer when the food is made exactly like you see it on the menu.

I was overcharged. The coupon specifically states I can purchase up to 6 meals with the coupon, but the cashier rang up only 1 of 3 meals using the coupon, thus cheating me out of approximately $10.00. I do not appreciate that. I didn’t catch it until after I left so I wonder if it is an untrained employee at the register or just a sneaky practice.

Just went through the drive thru at 745pm. 1 car in front of us. Waited for 20 minutes. The person working the drive thru did not say 1 word. Not a single word the entire encounter. Will not be coming back to this arbys

Overall, the Neil St location isn’t horrible but there a couple of improvements that could be made. The floor is always so sticky. After I finished ordering, my shoes were stuck and then you stick, stick, stick back to the table. The service is pretty decent, nothing stellar but there is worse out there. This location is otherwise clean, the tables were clean and it’s never crowded. I got the wrong sandwich in my order and getting it changed was easy though it wasn’t thrown away despite my having touched it which worried me a bit. You can count on this location to actually be open unlike the Urbana location on Cunningham.

Absolutely love this place! Highly recommend the crinkle fries because they are so good lol. Fries are hot and fresh. Seasoned very well. All their food is hot and fresh. Excellent Service all the way around this place! I enjoy coming here!
