We stopped At Big City Pizza Richmond for dinner and we really enjoyed our visit. The front window guy was very friendly. We dined in and out pizza came out hot and fresh. The dining room isn’t huge but has everything that you need to enjoy your meal. There is a small arcade and I really enjoyed the chalk art on the walls. There’s a lot of pizza boxes in the back!

First time trying B.C.P with a take out and it was pretty good pizza, honestly one of the best I tried in Richmond so far, not doughy and pretty crisp only taking a few points could be a bit more cheesy. Now the garlic knots uffff amazing they need to have with cheese on top just a recommendation. Heats up pretty good the next day too. Definitely will be back

The photo on the left is “supposed” to be a Chicago Style from Big City, the pic on the right is an actual Chicago Style pizza. Do better BC! Ordered online and when we went to pick it up at the designated time, the order wasn’t ready. It took an extra 30 minutes to get our order and the food was disappointing.

Big City Pizza newbies! We stopped in on our way to Ohio for the World 100 and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. You get more than enough food for a great price and the atmosphere will take your right back to your favorite pizza place from the 90s! 10/10 would recommend.

Big City Pizza is always on point! The pizza comes out hot and fresh every time, and the cheese stretches perfectly with every slice — absolute pizza goals. Great crust, generous toppings, and fast, friendly service. This place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

They changed the sauce so much that it has no real taste.
I confronted the Mgr and was told they didn’t chage anything.
Same pizza every Thursday for 2 years and they thought we wouldn’t notice?
Never again. Walmart sells better pizza now.
Don’t bother with these guys anymore.
Edit* Here we are months later to give them another chance. I’ll let you know if they returned to their past or is this the new normal.
So, I didn’t return the pizza this time. That is a big improvement. It was still a bit flat, but that may be due to just returning from NY/NJ where pizza is king. So, my taste may be spoiled.
Worth trying again. Good job Big City.

We usually order from Big City at least 3 times a month! This is the only pizza restaurant that will deliver to where we live. The food is always hot and fresh. My grandchildren love the Liberty Cheese sticks and the warm chocolate chip cookie!

11/30/25 – ordered again and once again they didn’t follow instructions which was simplysquare cut pizza mentioned 3 times on the order. It was pie cut of course, ugh!!! 11/22/25 – Food tasted great. Please don’t expect them to follow directions well. If you are a lover of square cut pizza, dont expect to get that with Big City Pizza. Even though they offer that option, they will never follow those instructions. I promise you. They never get that 1 simple request right for my orders. The little things matter.

It’s a small size, 8 table, restaurant. Concrete floor, no carpet, 4 TV’s. The meatballs were ok. The pizza was fresh but the cheese, was never hot enough to need pulled. I will try it again.
