First time here & it was good. Service was great for sure. I asked a our cashier for his recommendation and he recommended the Jerome Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It turns out his name was actually Jerome as well (a coincidence) and I’m glad I took his recommendation. It was definitely a good sandwich. The fries were a little salty for my taste but I know that’s a personal preference. Overall I’m glad we came to try it before our Disney on ice show.

Stopped here for the first time after leaving the convention center. Took about 15 mins to get chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Both were fresh but everything requires sauce because of the lack of seasoning. Pop machine was a plus with the Stubborn Pineapple Cream option.

My wife and I are in town for a comedy show in town and we wanted to eat somewhere with some good chicken and sides available and stumbled on this place not ever hearing of it prior and I’m glad we stopped in! The restaurant was super clean, the atmosphere on a Friday night at 8-9pm was more than inviting. The staff was great and easy to work with and the food was fresh and by far the best chicken sandwich I have had in some time. A++ across the board.

We had an outstanding experience at Big Chicken in Rosemont. I ordered the chicken tenders and my husband had the chicken sandwich and both were incredible. Honestly, I would rank these tenders above Raising Cane’s. The chicken was thin, perfectly crispy, and full of flavor.
Even the crinkle fries, which I usually do not care for, won me over because they were so crispy. The onion rings were the real showstopper. They were light, crunchy, and you could actually bite through the onion without it sliding out.
The drink options were also a big highlight. The strawberry watermelon refresher and the homemade lemonade were fresh and flavorful, and the fact that they are made with real sugar made them taste even better.
On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent. Alfredo greeted us so warmly and set the tone for the whole visit. He is the kind of person who makes you want to come back just to see him again.
Everything from the food to the drinks to the service was top notch. We will definitely be back.

Sooooo good I went back the very next day!
Seriously though, checked this place out with my son and ordered the #4 sandwich with fries & shakes – ! So I doubled back with the hubby for the #1. Day 3 I just may go by myself.
Also, service was great. We were greeted upon entry. The worker helped to make sure we customized the sandwiches to our liking, and food came out in a decent time.

Got the regular chicken sandwich and fries. It really was BIG.
Chicken was bigger than bun and bun wasn’t small, regular fry order is enough for two.
Really enjoyed the basic sandwich, will be back to try different variations. All the chicken is available grilled.

Both the chicken sandwich and fries were crispy and fresh. The cashier Alfredo was very helpful explaining all different choices of sandwiches. Definitely recommend trying out if you like breaded chicken. I would venture on the holly spice level next time.

First time and not disappointed. I was excited to try them, as the closest location to me was a 50 minute drive. However it was worth the drive. Made it extra worth the trip by getting a few different sandwiches to try and they were all delicious. I wish I could say one was better than the other but they were all delicious. The chicken is phenomenally good. Definitely a key difference from any other chicken place. Everyone needs to try it. I hope more locations open up throughout the Chicagoland land.

Big food, Big prices! Meal and a drink (not included in the meal, strangely) was $17 and change. The chicken was really good with generous toppings. The fries were crisp yet fluffy and lots of sauce choices. I had the Cali sandwich and it was good. Not sure I’ll give back very often at this price point. The guy behind the counter (owner, I presume) was very friendly and attentive.
