This was the perfect first meal of our vacation. Our fried catfish was the bomb as were the hush puppies and fries. Whoever was manning the fryer was on their A game. The sweet tea and lemonade were also great. The staff were helpful and very quick (for getting freshly fried fish). We absolutely want to stop here again next time we are traveling to try their chicken livers, okra, and all the other yummy looking menu items.

This place is a classic and the prices are very reasonable and it’s just good hometown food and people!!! Everyone should try it at least once and if you’re a local then you’ll keep going back and if you’re an out of towner, then you’ll want to take they side road every time you ride through!!! Nice lil place to get a quick bite. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Tenders were fat and hot. Fries could of stayed in the fryer a little longer. It was pretty great. Inside the restaurant could use a makeover it was a bit dated and seating was a little weird. I would definitely go back.

I ordered chicken to go. This is my first time at this location, I love all the other Big Chics in Georgia. The chicken is always hot and delicious. I love the fried apple pies however this one didn’t have any and I was very disappointed. I hope the next time I’m in the area they will have apple pies.

My mom jus had to stop here! My dad and I had a different opinion that we do.t ever want to return! The fries along with all our food actually tasted like it had been cooked days before and rewarded. The fries weren’t even warm and the chicken was soggy! The roll/biscuit that I didn’t get was tough/hard. Again I’ll never return, my mom can go all she wants ♀️
