Burgers & fries are excellent. Lots of options for both as well. Today I got the bison burger special which was delicious. This location is smaller than the other one in Greensboro. It’s attached to a gas station, but conveniently located right off 840. Nothing fancy but great food- which makes it perfect for me/my family when we’re in the area. Of note, there is outdoor seating as well.

These burgers are cooked to order and so frickin flavorful and juicy! Yum! My husband and I split the Carolina and Lonestar. It was exactly as messy as you’d want your Carolina burger, don’t hesitate to try it.
The team was friendly and made food fast, but didn’t seem to notice or even take a lap in the dining area to wipe a table or clean anything. Not to mention the state of the tea urns.(Cringe)
Love the food, though.

They are changing the menu . This is still a great place to grab a burger. However they are limiting the menu. They used to have a large selection of fries but have narrowed the varieties. They also used to have a lot of craft burgers but are limiting that aswell.

This place is definitely a great go-to spot for burgers! I don’t eat burgers often, but when I’m in the area, it’s my first choice. My first visit was perfect the burger was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend giving it a try!

From outta town and googled burgers and got recommended for this place! Drove into the parking lot and saw that it was next to a gas station / convince store. Walking inside and observed that there was a full menu to order from. Overall for the price of the burger, the amount of burger was good. I got a “almost” size and felt that was a very good size burger! Also added some “house fried pig squiggles” (pork rinds) and they are such a great crunchy treat!
Overall impressed with the food and the service… the inside was small for seating but they had a lovely outdoor seating! There was a painted memorial dog wall and that was absolutely beautifully done!

I was craving a burger so my friend and I decided to order ahead and pick it up. We both built our own burger and I appreciate them having options to do so. I got a turkey burger and it was perfect. The burger and fries were hot and ready when we got there. The lady greeted us immediately and handed us our food. I’ve never been disappointed getting a burger at either of their locations.
Online prices are through DoorDash and they are different from in store.

I recently visited Big Burger Spot and had an outstanding experience. This place really knows how to do burgers right; their patties are juicy, cooked just the way I like, and tucked into a buttery, toasted brioche bun. What I appreciated most was how customizable everything is: you can pick your size and stack on toppings to your heart’s content.
I went with their Classic Burger, and it was fantastic, simple, flavorful, and balanced. Their fries and tots are also solid, and I tried their signature dipping sauces too (the Burger Spot dip is my favorite).
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place had a laid-back, welcoming vibe. It’s great for grabbing a casual lunch or dinner. Their menu also has a lot of variety, from specialty burgers (like their Black & Blue or Backyard BBQ) to chicken sandwiches and hot dogs.
Overall, Big Burger Spot is one of my go-to burger places in Greensboro. If you’re looking for hearty, made-to-order burgers with lots of options, this is definitely a spot that delivers.

I checked the menu photo online before my visit; $8.99 for a burger and $3.49 for a loaded fries ain’t too bad.
Once I got there, the entire menu pricing was taped up, so you have no idea what anything cost. Ordered a small burger and small tots, no drink, $20.01.
While it cost more than I expected, I do appreciate establishment still offers proper burger cooked to medium rare in this smash burger epidemic!
However, everything from table top to ketchup bottles feels dirty, and the bathroom faucet might as well be a Lego pieces.

I recently visited this spot and ordered two hotdogs, prepared all the way. While the taste was enjoyable, I found the price of $5.99 per hotdog to be a bit high. The employees were quite pleasant. However, I noticed that there was no greeting upon entering or departing. Additionally, despite leaving a tip, I did not receive any acknowledgment or thank you, which I found a little disappointing. I opted for takeout on this occasion. I might consider exploring other menu options in the future, although I am currently undecided. If you are seeking a quick and satisfying meal, this place certainly fits the bill.
