Surprised at how satisfying my burger was! Made fresh to order, very nice size beef patty with mushrooms and melted cheese. SO GOOD! Very friendly young man at the counter and a nice lady cooking the food. Great customer service and fair prices. Superb!

OMGOSH y’all the Tamales are omgosh omgosh so goooddd !!! Theast time I had this good of Tamales was in Hutchinson, KS years ago at The Firehouse Cafe. I wanna just keep eating and eating until there all gone. I had to go back for more and yea I left some for other ppl… Their breakfast burritos are good too !! So yummy. Go get y’all some. Thanks y’all for the great food .

It was my fourth and last time in this place. The lady cashier was very “serious” probably she doesn’t like this kind of job, the kitchen was dirty today. Our burgers really dry and no flavor, lettuce not fresh, potatoes plenty of oil and not fresh. My first time was awesome was a very nice lady and awesome food. Second time was a pizza slide and was good, third time a quesadilla, dry and just the tortilla and cheese, no flavor in it and warm. Today big burger combo with my descriptions. It is a shame if they don’t have more a good cooker, please train them better.
I missed the good times in this place!!! I have a stomachache now, and I’m sad! Bye bye.

This is not a Philly cheese steak it was more of a carne asada sandwich but not even like tortas this is completely different! Not good tasting at all! My husband got birria tacos and the meat smelled bad tasted like old meat such a disappointment getting bad food for $$$! I definitely won’t be back.

My husband and I were on a trip up to the Bay Area from Fresno when we came across this place. I got the asada fries (with chicken) and he got a burrito. Both of us were very happy with our meals and even had to share them with each other to see who had the better meal! Needless to say we will be stopping by on our way home to try something else on there menu. P.S. only got a picture of my food hubby inhaled his burrito before I could take picture of his lol

Went to Double Time in Turlock with my son and daughter to get some strawberry cups (I waited in car), and the experience was disappointing. The lady in the back (Lily) who prepares the cups was extremely rude to my kids. When they politely asked for extra pistachio, chocolate, and kanafa, she gave a lazy response saying, “I already made them, they’re right there,” and just handed them the toppings on the side mind you no one else has ever had a problem making how we wanted. The cups were already full, so trying to add toppings would make a huge mess.
It’s also very noticeable that she only treats Spanish-speaking customers with kindness. If you don’t speak Spanish fluently, expect a completely different (and not in a good way) level of service. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Will definitely not refer anyone anymore. We won’t be going back!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. Hardly any bacon on it! (See pic). Are they rationing bacon or what? Burger tasted good though. Cook gorgot the mayo. Fries were good. Probably won’t come back.

You have to try Big Burger. The staff and food were awesome. I love a good hamburger. But I can say this is one of the best I had in a long time. I’m definitely going to be back.
