The food itself is good, especially the weekend breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately, the service is consistently bad.
Every time I visit, the staff seems unfriendly, and the cashier in particular is very rude.
This place could be somewhere I visit often, but because of the poor service, I rarely come back.
Good food cannot make up for such disappointing customer service.
I would not recommend this place unless the service improves.

Pleasantly surprised with our visit to Big Boy this morning for the buffet. Service was excellent and prompt. Buffet was stocked with a decent selection. Fruit, eggs, meats, pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, etc. My teenage son and I had a little of everything and it was good. Would definitely return. This was our first visit.

My goodness.. purchased the breakfast buffet and was absolutely disappointed with the food…
And i’m not one to bash and i really hate to be negative but when its bad its bad.
The sausage was swimming in grease, bacon was very undercooked, the powdered eggs were close to what they serve prisoners, biscuits super hard, gravy had a green hue to it and not stocked efficiently.
Our server was super sweet, most employees looked beat down….
I am hoping it was just a bad day at the buffet and was simply disappointed.
Maybe ordering off the menu would be better but just a buyer beware…i had such high hopes too as i have not been to a big boy for i would say 30yrs and was actually excited to go but again really hoping it was just a bad day for the cooks in the back.

My food was horrible. Our server was worse. And on top of that, it took forever to Dish up breakfast. I don’t know what they put in The Omelette that I had but it looked like the dog food with fake cheese. The server took forever to wait on us didn’t even give a nice greeting. Didn’t check on how my food was or if I was needing anything. Picked up my mostly full plate without saying a word. Totally unacceptable Experience and I will not go back.

Went here for lunch, as in the past I used to go all the time and get endless pasta and always had great experiences. Today, was the complete opposite. Waitress was great, kept on top of my drinks, kept my plate full and was very kind. What I was being served was disgusting. I had 3 plates, the 1st one taking 30 minutes to get to my table, and the pasta was crunchy. The other two had arrived within 10 minutes, but the pasta was all stuck together and in a clump (pictures). I still ate it, but afterwords I was walking up to the counter to pay, and it hit me like a truck. I had to rush home to use the bathroom, and got sick. Sad to have this experience.

Overall good place. I like the breakfast buffet. Didn’t like the idea of a salad bar and soup with breakfast though but the bisquits and scrambled egg, meats were cooked great and I liked the bonus of pancakes and French toast.

im door dashing, i had one other order in the car. ended up sitting at big boy for 35 minutes, maximum of 8 people inside. manager and waiters just sat around and did nothing. highly would not suggest.

Hot food was cold..fresh fruit cup was mushy. I haven’t been there for awhile and now I remember why. Had to ask twice for water and coffee refill..the western omelet was good as were the biscuits .

Yummy breakfast! My son absolutely loved the cookies and cream oreo hotcakes. I had the farmers omelette with hash browns and toast. Everything tasted good, and was nice and hot. They also had a breakfast buffet. Waitress was friendly.
