Absolutely love Big Bone BBQ! Tried their ribs and brisket and both were outstanding. The ribs were perfectly cooked – tender, juicy, and literally falling off the bone. The brisket was smoky, flavorful, and melted in my mouth. You can really taste the quality and care in the food.
Great portions, amazing BBQ flavor, and such a satisfying meal overall. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, delicious BBQ!

Food was amazing! We had the smoked wings, BbQ chicken sandwich and pulled pork sandwiches. It was our first time here and we will definitely be going back next time we are in this end of town!!

This place did not disappoint. Food was on point. Delicious, hot and fresh. Large portions. Flavorful. Atmosphere was great. Simple decor. Country and classic country music playing. The corn bread was as good as homemade. We got the Elvis platter which gave us a but of everything. Service was great. Waitress helpful and attentive. Will return.

Absolutely awesome BBQ place. Bbq joints tend to be a bit expensive, and this place does seem pricey at face value but the meals are insanely filling. Myself and my brother had the party pack 4 (see picture), which says feeds 2-4 people. We’re both grown men and it would easily feed 4 people, so 75$ is a great price. Cornbread wasn’t dry and was delicious; ribs are nice and tender but still sticking to the bone like they’re supposed to, and the pulled pork was nice and juicy. As soon as you walk in you’re assailed with the smell of smoke, but I mean the good kind where it’s obviously for the purpose of prepping food, so that’s a great indication of the meal ahead! Highly recommend!

I ordered out. Wings were small and dry as heck. The “creamy garlic parmesean” was just mayo with powdered cheese on top. Onion rings were soggy and the brisket sandwich was dry.

I ordered the elvis meal and my friend ordered the brisket burger, both meals were loaded and we were stuffed. All the food was amazing, and the server was great, definitely recommended.

Service wasn’t great and I wasnt thrilled to find the lid hadn’t been put on my sauce container completely (total mess). Ribs had a good smoke flavour.

We were always regulars at BigBoneRibs when residing in Markham. Now that we’ve relocated to Ottawa, we were SO happy to find a Kanata location. YAY! And, they did NOT disappoint! Fall off the bone ribs, perfectly seasoned and cooked fries, everything as I remember and more! Thanks for a great meal & experience. See you again soon!

Oh my goodness!! My husband and I just happened to find this place today and are we ever glad we did. We’re originally from Montreal and had the luxury of eating at places like the Bar B Barn back in the day. Those familiar with Montreal know this was the go to place for ribs especially before a Montreal Canadiens game. Since they closed, we haven’t been able to find anything comparable until today here at Big Bone BBQ. You gotta eat here!!!
