Super great waitress and good food. The food was prepared exactly as it was ordered. I’m impressed the potatoes, hashbrowns, and fries are all freshly prepared and not from frozen. The only complaint I have was the temperature of the food when it was served. The sausage gravy and biscuits and coffee were all luke warm when we got them, but still quite tasty. The fries were on the crispy side, but we liked them that way. I would recommend this place or go back next time I’m in the area.

We have eaten here countless times since they opened and never once a bad meal. Favorite place to grab breakfast in the area. They have giant pancakes for all you pancake lovers out there. Burgers & cut fries are always good. Prices are reasonable and nice portion sizes.

It is very rare that I write a negative review. Unfortunately this one has to be. We took my mom out to lunch during her one hour lunch break. We thought we would have plenty of time since it was right around the corner from her job. By the time the food came, Mom only got a couple bites of her burger and fries before she had to leave. Now, the waitress did warn us that the size of the burgers meant that they took longer to cook.
I am on the Ketogenic diet, so I avoid fries, buns, sugar, etc. I’m used to this challenge, but they wouldn’t exchange the side of fries that came with the burger with anything except coleslaw. I asked to switch it with the side salad ($2.99) for a reasonable upcharge, but no. So despite the fact that I got a burger without their fancy bun, and asked them not to bring fries, I still had to pay full price for the burger meal and full price for the salad. Very frustrating.
My mom’s regular burger was good but boring. My niece’s Ragin’ Cajun burger was yummy. My house salad was very disappointing. Just iceberg lettuce with tiny pieces of green pepper, onion, and tomato. (No cucumbers, even though they were in the menu’s description.) I got the burger with mozzarella and grilled onions and peppers. It was good, even without the bun.
The atmosphere is really weird. It’s patchworked together in what seems like a former store or office. They hide the kitchen with curtains and wood lattice.
I really root for local small businesses, but you have to do a really excellent job at what you do to stand above the big businesses. I’m afraid that this place just doesn’t make the cut. I’m disappointed.

My friend’s Burger she said was delicious. The onion petals were very good. My shrimp basket was very good. Our server was very nice and took care of all of our needs. They need to have a fan going in the restaurant to take care of the sort of musty odor that we encountered when we first came in and as we walked through the restaurant.

One of the biggest ‘best’ burgers I’ve ever had. Well seasoned and well done. This is a new establishment and they appear to have smoothed out any kinks they may have had and developed premier customer service habits. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend the Phily Burger and the fries are outstanding! Many thanks to Ella for providing quality service.
