First night in Memphis and we wanted to try true Bar-Be-Que so we went wondering and found Big Bills.
Wife ordered the brisket plate and I had the ribs plate, both were devine with strong smokey flavors. You know it’s good with a number of locals coming in while we were there.
If you want rib tips you need to be there early, they are the most popular and sell out by mid-afternoon.

Tried the ribs this trip and they were pretty good. Got the mild sauce. My partner got the basic bbq sandwich and gave it a good rating too. Quite a bit smaller than their East location. Bottled drinks and no tea.

I ordered the pulled pork barbecue sandwich. It was delicious. The only thing just needed a lot more barbecue sauce. Next time I’ll ask for extra sauce on the side. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I just left Big Bills BBQ. The food was amazing. Had ribs, beef nachos, brisket plate with potato salad and baked beans. When I tell you the food is finger licking good, ITS FINGER LICKING GOOD. You have to roll us out of here. The service was amazing as well. Must come and get your grub on.

I had the Beef Brisket Combo with the hot sauce. Tasty sandwich and a good portion. I liked the seasoned fires as well. Nice portions and a reasonable price. Service was quick and accurate. Definitely would eat here again.

Omfg, it was so good. Ate myself sick. I once thought I knew self control. But every individual element from the meat to the slaw to the beans was exceptional. I couldn’t be stopped. I lost myself in this restaurant and only knew the moment, only understood flavor and indulgence. Super recommend. There’s sauce in my hair.

I was not very impressed with this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but those are really the only good things I can say. I was not at all pleased with the food. The spaghetti tasted like it came straight out of the chef Boyardee can. The food was average and there wasn’t anything that stood out to me or anything that separated them from any other bbq restaurant that would make me want to come back.

The staff was very friendly and good spirited. This is a great, classic diner experience with reasonable prices. The barbecue was excellent. The only thing I would note is that while it was very good, the spaghetti was quite spicy. I would recommend this restaurant
