We just went to Big Bill’s on Kirby and the food was horrible. Our fries were so greasy and nasty. My brother hardly had any rib tips on has plate. Big Bill’s has fallen off. They are using cheap food now and their tips are Fatty tips. They used to have great food. I was very disappointed. I come to visit family in Memphis and one of my stops would be Big Bill’s. Not anymore. I wouldn’t recommend their food to a dog.

Beyond Excellent! The ribs, pulled pork loaded nachos, smoke sausages and pulled pork sandwich were so, so delicious and tasted freshly prepared. The food y’all, is worth the trip regardless of where you are located. I had a “challenging” order but the staff got every single detail correct. It was ready at time quoted. The employees – an added bonus – were so welcoming, friendly and patient. The food was so good that I had to return the very next day with my family’s order; the same wonderful experience was repeated. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Big Bill’s has officially been added to the family’s monthly budget! This is the spot for BBQ.

Second time coming here and they were already out of pork and brisket by 5 PM. Those are the main meats at a barbecue restaurant. What kind of BBQ spot doesn’t have its core items available? Maybe it’s time to limit the menu and focus on getting the basics right. Very disappointing. This is not the old Big Bills it used to be. Save yourself time and go somewhere else to avoid the disappointment!! discipline

Great place for lunch. True Memphis style BBQ sandwich. (That means it’s piled so high it falls off the bun and you better have a napkin handy). My partner got the Pork Plate. Not as messy but still good. Follow that up with some Sweet Tea and their version of Brownie with nuts on top. That’s a great meal. AND they have a bar here too, said the place starts jumpin at 4:30. Maybe next time…

My Sister, Tommie and I visited this place today. The food was great. I had the pulled chopped salmon sandwich it had coleslaw and barbecue sauce on it. The buns were toasted.. it was very good. I would go back just for that. Tommie had the rib tips and slaw. She bragged about the barbecue sauce. It added zest to the tips.. the place was nice and clean, service was fast and friendly..

I ordered a beef sandwich & I asked for medium bar b que . The sauce is very hot & can’t be eaten, because my mouth is on fire. I called the store 5 times & the telephone kept going to the fax machine. I also called the m to inform them of the sandwich & I couldn’t get through & I also called Puzza Me & there phone was straight voicemail. I’ve paid $13 for a sandwich I can’t even enjoy. This is ultimately ridiculous. The young guy who took my order was very so nonchalant.
