First follow me on TikTok: elizabax8 I did a food review TWICE on this place, that’s how much I love it. You have to try the Jalapeño Chicken Eggrolls & Untitled Steak Skewers. The mushroom appetizer & cucumber salad are worth a one time try. I get the Traditional Noods with everything (sesame, fried garlic & bok choy) + add steak and extra spice. You HAVE to try the Tiramisu Cheesecake.
Anthony & Alex have provided the BEST service. They were both so attentive & kind. The food is exceptional, the environment is chill & clean. My favorite spot hands down.

I checked out Big Biang recently, and while it hits the mark on vibes and noodle quality, it might not be the “everyone pleaser” you’re looking for. Here is the breakdown of my experience:
The Atmosphere & Service
The location is undeniably trendy and has a great energy. They offer outdoor seating, which is a huge plus if the weather is nice. A major shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we were taken care of despite the busy crowd.
Pro Tip: Parking is a challenge here. Give yourself an extra 10–15 minutes just to find a spot, or consider ride-sharing. Nearby paid parking is available.
The Food
The stars of the show are definitely the noodles. They were perfectly cooked with a fantastic, chewy texture—exactly what you want from a hand-pulled noodle spot.
However, the menu is quite small. This is the biggest drawback if you’re coming with a group. If everyone in your party isn’t explicitly craving noodles, they are going to feel very limited. There simply isn’t much variety for those looking for something different.
We were glad to see tofu options on the menu!
Final Verdict
I probably won’t make a return visit myself just because of the limited options, but if you are strictly in the mood for noodles, I’d recommend giving them a try. Just make sure your whole party is on the same page before you fight for a parking spot!

I recently visited Big Biang and had a great experience. The hand-pulled noodles were fresh, chewy, and full of flavor, and the portions were very satisfying. I especially loved how authentic the spices tasted it really felt like comfort food done right. The staff were friendly and service was quick, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is simple but cozy, making it a nice spot for a casual meal with friends or after a long day. If you enjoy bold flavors and noodle dishes, this place is definitely worth trying. I’ll be coming back to explore more of the menu!

Enjoyed a quite late Sunday lunch here. Service was great with water fill ups and quick check-ins.
The dishes we tried were portioned well, cheese wontons were light and full of flavor, noodle dish was good, I was hoping the noodles would be a bit thinner, stretched a few more times but still a good meal. Chicken was tasty with good texture.

Tiramisu desert was light and flavorful, extra notes of the Thai coffee peaking through

Well this was the last stop of our trip to the City.
This place was Amazing!
The environment was cozy, and clean. The staff was nice as expected.
The wife and I really didn’t read in detail about this place. We just went off the Google reviews and pictures.
We shared the chicken jalapeno egg rolls (they were tasty, and spicy ) that came with a siracha mayo dipping sauce. So when these two are paired it’s even hotter. So I ate my egg roll solo. Wife was dipping and tripping with that dynamic duo.
Thank the maker we shared a bowl of the cumin braise beef noodle soup.
It was huge! A bounty for two big-backs!
Okay let’s start with the broth, welp, it was clear with tiny ponds of oil from the beef and the chemistry they used to create such a velvety taste.
The smell was nice and beefy.
The braised beef was perfect not over seasoned with cumin or salt. The beef to broth was a perfect pair, the green onions, cilantro, fried garlic, bok choi and chili earl made a winning team. Saving the best for last was the noodles.
The wife and I were conversing about how awesome the flat noodles were the staple of this soup, and why this place was called Big Bang. Welp the joke was on us when we left, and when I took a picture of the restaurant sign, it was clear we were only thinking with our stomachs and not our brains.

This place is wonderful! Spacious and clean and not only that, the service was very good too. Ambry was my waitress and she recommended me absolute bangers. She can tell you, I engulfed my food. And the food came out very quick too!

I will be coming back and if you’re into anime, you’ll love it here. They were playing JJK on the TV while I was having my meal. But I couldn’t pay attention, the food was hitting

Amazing hand pulled noodles!! Good selection of drink specials and they had a list of specials going on with the area. Lunch specials and happy hour specials as well.
I had the garlic noodles and the portion was very generous. Started with the cream cheese wonton and they were excellent. Will definitely be back.

We stumbled onto it while staying at the Fordson. It’s only a couple of blocks away and delicious! We started with the egg rolls which are spicy in a great way. I had the braised beef and my husband had the spicy chicken curry. Both were amazing in very different ways. The atmosphere is cozy and service was excellent.

We were pleasantly greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door. We immediately noticed the cleanliness of the establishment. Then we took a bit to order since it was our first visit. Luckily (or unluckily if you take the negative approach), the menu isn’t very big. We started of with the chicken and jalapeño egg rolls. Wife loved them. The flavor was OK, but the texture didn’t suit me. Our entrees were the traditional noodles with chicken and the garlic noodles with goku steak. We both REALLY enjoyed – like to the point the wife was making lil kid faces! ❤️. Though the prices were above average, the quality certainly makes up for the price. After all, you get what you pay for!
Service was fast and friendly. Drinks always filled and she was very polite.

I got the cumin beef broth and the initiator steak skewers. The steak skewers were fire, and the chimichurri sauce that accompanies them was a great balance of sweet and savory. The noodles had a fantastic flavor but ended up being slightly greasy and somewhat doughy. Flavor profiles were excellent, however, and I’ll probably be back.
