I have had Big Ben Pizza multiple times, and I remember enjoying it a lot back in 2018. I tried it again in 2025, and while it wasn’t bad, I will say that I think the taste from the past was better than the present. To start with the pizza, it was decent; it wasn’t bad, and it was slimy and greasy, just the way I like it. So, regarding the pizza, I have nothing negative to say. However, I was very disappointed with the fries. I give them a zero. We asked for sweet and spicy sauce on the side, but instead, they put it all over the fries, and it was the worst. The last time we ordered, we got a mix of French fries, and everything was so soggy that it was unappetizing and hard to eat.
As for the wings, they weren’t that bad either, and they are usually a pretty nice size, but they have that breading on them that doesn’t help with the taste. Overall, the food isn’t the worst, but also isn’t the best; however, the pizza is pretty reliable in taste.
I have never eaten at the restaurant in person; I usually get delivery through DoorDash or regular delivery, and they consistently ensure that all items are included and arrive pretty quickly. I have never had any issues with the delivery service. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Big Ben’s HOW DARE YOU?! You used to be so good but now the quality has deeply fallen off. The quesadillas had no cheese, the garlic parm wings were soggy and I had to put them in the oven to crisp them up again. They were flavorless. The bread tasted stale. The chicken in the quesadilla was flavorless and plain. Everything was plain. I didn’t even finish my food. I deeply unsatisfied and unhappy.
The tuna salad had too much tuna, which is crazy to even have to complain about but it truly was tuna with a side of salad. It was flavorless, which it was awful because it accounted for 80% of the salad.
I paid 47 dollars!

This food was amazing. I think if yous can find a way to make the fried pickles stay hard without them coming delivered soggy that would be even better but they were still very good. Everything arrived hot and sooooo good. This is my second time ordering and food was even better than the first time. Will definitely keep ordering here

Food is pretty good. Not the worst, not the best. We got delivery, I understand might not be the freshest because of take out, but I live 7 minutes away and the fries came room temp and soggy. Wings and the sauce were good. Pizza has a flaky style crispy crust. Wasn’t bad. For a local pizza spot, its decent overall. Prices are good.

Not sure Iif there was a change in ownership but something is off and the food was not good. I have been ordering enjoying Big Ben’s food for over 20 years. Never have I been this disappointed in the food. The toppings separated from the dried out crust on each slice. Delivery was quick and polite but the food was no good.

Places like this only have a couple of times to disappoint me. The food just doesn’t taste right. The fries are too soggy and old. The Cheesesteak tastes like they don’t clean their grills. The food came late. They use their own drivers which is misleading…and they put condiments inside my platter sitting on top of my cheesesteak which is trifling and unsanitary to me. I won’t be ordering again for a while

Big Ben’s food is really good, always enjoyed ordering from them, unfortunately today’s experience was a little disappointing, placed an order that total 77 dollars,normally your told a complimentary soda is given to you.
soda was not delivered, called an ask delivery driver if soda was in the order , guy was very dismissive, called the store, to my surprise I was told I should have ask for it? Hmm I don’t work there, should they not bring this to their customers attention. I know people forget things, stuff happens,but don’t make the situation worse.

The best pizza we’ve had in years. It’s been difficult to find a place with good pizza. The other food items I’ve tried so far is good also. Everything has been fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice also.

Today I had a small regular pizza for lunch. I like the pizzas at Big Ben for a couple of reasons. Their small is 12 inches as opposed to others that are 10 inches at the same price. Big Ben’s pizza is a soft thin crust that I like because I even eat the crust. All the food I order from Big Ben is excellent & reasonably priced. Delivery is always in a short time & the drivers are very friendly. I will contiinue to order from Big Ball my sandwiches soup & pizza!
