We saw the smoker going from the road and swerved into check it out. I’m so glad we did! The folks were so nice, the food was generous servings, and the flavor was fantastic! In our group we ordered take out and tried the rib tips, pulled pork jumbo sandwich, and chunked brisket jumbo sandwich (each spicy).
Each sauce on the meats was so good, we loved each one. Meat was super tender. The group couldn’t pick a favorite. Recommend this little hidden B-B-Q gem!

We were looking for the best rated BBQ along I22. Big & Bad did not disappoint. Friendly service. Ribs and brisket were fresh and delicious. The cole slaw was great, as were the other sides.
One of the locals told us the owners quietly give a lot back to the youth community, too. 100% recommend.

The BEST BBQ in North Mississippi!! The owner is welcoming, keeps a smile on his face, and the food is AMAZING!!! Its a family business and he supports the community by giving back especially when school starts. My family and I have been with them since he opened. Fantastic. Really nice people. We called and they stayed open late for us. Ribs are Memphis style but with better smoke flavor than most. You know it’s a good sign when the green bean side is full of sausage. Vegetarians may struggle.

I was just passing through town and came across this BBQ trailer on a Saturday night… Awesome people running the place and the Jumbo Brisket Sandwich is fantastic. Ate the whole darn thing and two sides as if I was starving for a week. Wife said I looked like a fat kid eating cake.

Food was amazing, they don’t cheap out on portions that’s for sure! Super polite service, made sure we got our order right. Atmosphere was a little rough though, some shade, fans, and a clean table would be nice.
I got the Big Boy Spud ($12). Here’s what was on it from memory: A full to go box with potato layered on the bottom, bacon bits, cheese, pulled pork rib meat(super tender, you could get a different meat type), mild hot bbq sauce(very not hot at all, and extremely delicious), and sour cream in the corner of the box. Perfect meal and the thing was huge I couldn’t finish it myself.
They also have smaller cheaper dish options if you don’t feel like eating an entire meal, so that’s nice.
