I’m back to Big Apple after been ordering from another local good pizza but the other day I ordered a couple of slices and the taste got back to me, so good, just Pepperoni and cheese, but so so good. This week I ordered a Veggie pie as the other day I tried the veggie slice and got me at first bite, I ordered by phone throughout the AI system, super cool btw, it took me a the 2nd call to figure out it was AI.
When I got there they charged me $43 for a medium veggie pie, I disputed it and they corrected it as the system won’t do “ a veggie” but a bunch of ingredients addition. All good, I paid $23, got home and I couldn’t believe what I saw… A master piece, the most spectacular pie I’ve seen. The story converted into a melody of flavors… Perfect broccolis, eggplant, slice tomatoes, shrooms, pepper onions… Best pizza pie flavors I’ve ever tried before on a perfect dough.
Thank you master pizza man, let me tell you, I’ll pay $43 anytime, all day for that master piece you created.

This place is delicious, great portions and service was super smooth! Only thing I didn’t care for was placing a phone order it was like a robot?? I rather talk to a person but other then that 10/10

Was on a small business trip to the area and my son told me pizza here is good. And yes is really good fresh and delicious call for pick up, on phone lady was really nice but not in the store and the sign??? No words.. but I’ll be back I love the pizza

We ordered 3 pizzas at 11am so we could eat them at lunch time and they told us to pick them up in approximately 40 minutes. We went ay 12pm and the pizzas were not even at the oven. We had to wait almost 30 more minutes to get the order. My first time here and very disappointed, it is better for them to be honest with customers and say we cannot get the pizzas ready by the expected time. Furthermore, the lady who took the order was very rude and seems to know nothing about customer service. Remember that without customers you will not have business. Our lunch time was spent waiting for the pizzas. Not recommended at least for lunch time.

The review is for the staff. I ordered a delivery to my office for the staff. I specifically asked to include plates. The delivery showed up without the plates. The driver said the girl working there didn’t say anything about it. I called to ask and she said they forgot. She never tried to make it right. She said the driver must have forgot them. I don’t know how people still have jobs when simple tasks can’t even be completed.

I was debating on posting this, it’s been bothering me so here I am. We were there this past Sunday night. We would get the all you could eat(we never eat a lot… we get too full) 11.99 person. There is 4 of us. We asked for 4 garlic knots(anymore is too much, don’t want to waste), we get a medium pizza and 3 bowls of pasta with sauce. I buy a side of meatballs (not included in AYCE). Sunday night, we told our server that’s what we wanted to do. When it came time to pay, we were told they don’t do the all you can eat anymore. We were annoyed. We paid at least $10 more than normal. Ridiculous!!!! We should have been told when we were ordering. Not sure if we’ll be back.

Ordered a big cheese and this is what I got! Surely does not taste or look like the one I got the other night. I guess different cooks, you would think there is a specific way things are supposed to be made. I guess it’s just a free fall. Pizza was not that great either pretty rubbery. I also ordered a Sicilian a couple weeks ago and that was made on regular dough. I’m about to give up on this place.

Very good pizza and salad, the only complaint I have is the fact that we were staying in a Marriott hotel and they left us no utensils? How do you the salad without a fork and knife?
They definitely still deserve four stars. As a level seven google reviewer, I rarely give five stars unless they hit a home run.! Please do not take this as a negative review it definitely is not! Food quality was very good.

The Mama Luna is worth the trip from California, it’s amazing! It’s a unique and delicious twist on your typical pan pizza. Not a single slice was leftover even after a dozen hot, fresh, tasty garlic knots. If I move to Florida, it will be because of this pizza. Yum!

Husband and I had a night out together and we couldn’t have picked a better place then here. Very friendly employee’s who served us as soon as we walked in. Made us feel like home. Everything was fresh hot and absolutely DELICIOUS
