This review is mostly about their online ordering. I usually go in person and everything is great. The food delicious service is great. I had a tight schedule today, but I still had about 10 minutes to spare. I decided to try their online ordering and when I walked in the store they were not very many people and but there was clearly someone else having an issue with an online order ahead of me. I checked in and told them my name. She said they were still working on it and I waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever called my name and about five other people came in and got their food while I was waiting. I checked again when I had to leave and they said they didn’t have my order and then they found it sitting on the counter and then they said they didn’t have that type of bagel, so nothing was done for like 15 minutes while I was there, I probably could order food three times already and gotten it. Do not do that online ordering

I’ve been here about 6 times and each time there’s a unique issue with my order and their service. We waited 20 minutes today for 2 bagels with cream cheese, people who ordered after us got their order before us. There were 8 people behind the counter but only 1 person working on making food. Other times we’ve been here they’ve lost our order, gotten our order completely wrong, etc.

Waited for 25 minutes after I placed my order just to receive wrong bagel and manager had the audacity to say that is not what I ordered. Even though owner helped ring order in. They seem to prioritize online orders over actual customers and then want to argue when it is their error. Good luck with your business model!

Best bagel place ever!! We love their everything bagels and even tried one with salmon on it today. Great prices, awesome service, and even better muffins. We loved trying their many muffin flavors by buying a dozen of their mini ones. They also have cool coffee flavors with random ones popping in each month. Love going here on Mondays, too, to get $1.50 big muffins!

The bagels never seem fresh and the prices aren’t worth it. Oh and if you order a smoothie prepare to wait and when you ask politely about it… they claim they don’t remember you ordering it. The other girl waiting at the counter told me about that same thing happening to her the last time she was there.

Regularly messes up orders. Ask for egg whites? Double check your order you probably didn’t get them. Make any substitutions at all on your sandwich? Check your order you definitely didn’t get them. Will not be returning any time soon as this has happened now 3 times in a row.
