Big Apple Bagels is hands-down the best spot in town. The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy, and loaded with flavor.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner, Karma. He is incredibly nice and truly cares about his customers. You can tell he takes great pride in running the shop because the service is fast, the quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. It’s rare to find a business where the owner is so hands-on and friendly.

I’m so happy they this bagel shop is not located near to my house or else I would’ve ended up there every other day for their freshly made bagels and baked goods. I recently tried their cheddar bagel with the sun-dried tomato cream cheese spread. The cream cheese was so good that you could taste the sun-dried tomatoes in every bite. The egg sandwich tasted good too. I had their double chocolate cheesecake large muffin for $3 which is totally worth for the price. They also offer a great deal of free cream cheese spread on the purchase of half a dozen and dozen bagels.

Bagels are mediocre quality, but edible. Atmosphere is a cool relaxing morning coffee bagel shop. My biggest grip is the staff. They’re all young and don’t know what customer service entails. They’ll look right at you and continue to walk by or just ignore you. I usually have to say “excuse me” just to get their attention. This has happened the last 3 times I’ve been here. Only thing stopping me from going here is my wife, since she likes them…but she doesn’t have to deal with the staff

I have been coming here since I was a kid. They have been here for as long as I can remember. Always the best bagels, the Everything ones are better than anyone else’s. My facorite cream cheese is the sun dried tomato. My son loves to come in and pick out mini muffins. Always a pleasure.

I love this place so much. The inside is like any stripmall restaurant and isnt super attractive but the bagels and cream cheese are amazing. My husband loves the horseradish roast beef sandwich and I love the jalapeno cheddar cream cheese and the onion chive on a salt bagel.

Best bagel place ever!! We love their everything bagels and even tried one with salmon on it today. Great prices, awesome service, and even better muffins. We loved trying their many muffin flavors by buying a dozen of their mini ones. They also have cool coffee flavors with random ones popping in each month. Love going here on Mondays, too, to get $1.50 big muffins!

*MOLD REVIEW*
Absolutely disappointing. It was my first time visiting BAB after a quick google search for a local bagel place and reading the first top 3 4-5 star reviews convinced me to go and try them out as I read that they not only have bagels but have great muffins too. I decided to give it a shot and I don’t believe I will again. I ordered a Start Fresh breakfast sandwich on a honey oat bagel which is egg whites, tomatoes and turkey sausage. I substituted the tomatoes for red onion. As I was eating it, I kept thinking this tastes kind of funky and with every bite I took I continued to have this feeling. When I inspected the sandwich, I noticed the egg white is MOLDY and very clearly showing a green/gray/blue colour on the egg white as you can see in my photo. I was absolutely disgusted and am feeling rather sick at this moment due to that. I called the store and spoke to the manager at the time and her name was Jane (not native english speaker it seemed like). I let her know that her egg whites that I got were moldy. She did not once apologize for this, she instead decided to plead her case that “No, our egg whites are fresh, not moldy, but we can make you a new sandwich if you like”. I did not appreciate her response to my having just ingested their moldy egg white that is making me feel sick. Did not offer a refund, only a new sandwich. I will be bringing whatever is left of the sandwich to the store today and showing them as it seems as though they did not believe me. I will also be contacting the general manager as these are franchised owned business and there was no indication that they would take off the egg whites from being sold. I can only hope that after the call, they checked on their egg whites and disposed of them.
I also tried their mini muffins. At the time of writing this review, I tried the cookies and cream and it was tasty. I don’t expect to have a mold related issue with their muffins. Please be wary.

I went here after passing by this place all the time. My wife ordered a turkey sausage egg bagel, she wasn’t impressed. I ordered the California club it was ok. I was going to place my order then the lady behind the counter got a call so I’m waiting i thought she was done then she took another call,another lady who came in opened a second register which was cool. This was my first time here and I’m not trying to trip the service was ok and the food was alright, I’m sure i could have went to McAllisters or Potbellys and got this type of sandwich.

Stopped in for the first time today since breakfast was over at most places. So glad I did! Customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered and I was given suggestions on what to order.They have a variety of breakfast bagels that are big enough to share. They also offer turkey sausage as a substitute, which is what I ordered for my bagel and it’s really good, very flavorful. The coffee is delicious as well and they have a nice variety. They also have this little jar of powdered chocolate for you to flavor your coffee and of course, I went crazy with it Overall, great food, great customer service, and cozy atmosphere. I’ll be back!

Food is good but the service is horrendous. 50 minutes to make an online order with 2 sandwiches is ludicrous. Worse they were out of one of the items we ordered and just left me sitting waiting without saying a word.
