Our family have not ordered from here in over two years. we ordered tonight and it was absolutely amazing. The ribs were a generous portion. The pizzas were so delicious. My son’s gravy was also very tasty. He’s loaded fries cooked perfectly. Will definitely order from here again. Highly recommended.

Closest place I could find open Christmas day, didn’t have high expectations but was very pleasantly surprised, really enjoyed our pizza’s, and would but again. Please note that these were far from the best pizza I’ve had, so don’t expect authentic Italian style pizza and you’ll be right.

Honestly sad to be making this review. But staff needs to be more transparent and professional on the phone.
My partner and I have been ordering here almost once a week for a year.
We don’t mind waiting, but when we live a 2 minute drive down the road, maybe don’t tell us it will be 15-20 minutes, then make us wait an hour and 20 minutes. We had to call 3 times in total. The second time we called was an hour after placing the order, they said 8-10 minutes. Then 20 minutes later we called a third time and they said “aw the driver has a few orders”. That’s all. Not even a proper clarification or apology.
I apologise to the delivery driver as I was not exactly happy to talk to him. I asked for a discount and he said he “can’t do anything about it sorry”. The driver did the best he could.
We will not be ordering here again unless this can be resolved.

I like quality of the pizzas, the owners are friendly and service was prompt.
Something I’m not a fan of is that the store front advertises “$5.95 traditional pizzas” which actually only includes margherita, garlic, or nutellas pizzas.
Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. I walked in, there were 3 customers before me and I still only waited about 10 minutes ordering over the counter.

I recently tried Big Al’s Pizza for the first time, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors. The crust had just the right amount of crisp, and the toppings were fresh and generously spread.
What made the experience even better was the super friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was just right. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their food.

Ordered 2 x super supreme and Hawaiian. They looked the same and tasted the same. Worst pizza I have had. My dog liked it though. I would never get another pizza from this shop again. New owners unfortunately have no idea how to make a pizza. It was topped with the fake ham. Dissatisfied. On the Hawaiian pizza there were 8 pieces of pineapple.

Never thought a pizza could be so bad! Meat /cheese was off,smelt so disgusting I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Asked for prawns instead of olives as my son is allergic…whole pizza full of olives! Garlic bread had mould on it didn’t realise till after I got home and had eaten a piece (I am pregnant also)…. Wasn’t game to eat any of the food after that neither were the kids. Won’t be ever ordering from here again. Whoever answered the phone was rude and lacks any customer service skills
