Date Night
A few weeks ago we went to Big 10 Downtown for the first time to check out one of our Favorite local cover bands DadRock ! We got there like an hour before the show cuz we actually like to talk to each other while we eat. There were a decent amount of people already there but we found a seat right away.
I told my husband we had to try the Tractor Wheel Pretzel Board. Huge (literally) selling point at this place. A Ginormous Pretzel filled with (what looked to be) 3 Full Sized apps of your choice. We went with Garlic Cheese Curds, freaking amazing. Smoked Gouda Mac Bites, he loved them. And Onion Rings- SO Many and I used all the dips. The Pretzel itself comes with its own Vat of Queso. So… 32 Bucks may seem like a hefty price tag but with the amount of food included you’re basically getting the Gargantuan Pretzel for free!
My husband knew he had to test out the wings. Initially skeptical at the prices his eyes absolutely lit up at the Jumbo Wings delivered to him. He went with 6 Mango Habanero and 6 Big 10 Blazing Hot. The former is his usual and he’s never had a complaint anywhere. The Hot wings he was sooooo happy with cuz not only did they burn his face off, but they had great layers of flavor as well. He ate on them throughout the night. With our Massive app order I only additionally had a Side Salad. Very fresh and yummy.
Our server Adolfo was pretty great. He checked on us often and all of our specifics were met. Once we placed our order food came out surprisingly quickly! We mostly ordered cocktails but they have a Mystery Barrel deal. I was brought some fruity brew I would have never selected on my own but really enjoyed!
Only a couple of criticisms… the lime garnishes were crap and should have already been tossed. This is also the first time I can recall being charged for Titos. I have never ordered Titos in my life and wasn’t asked. To be fair I also didn’t clarify. Absolutely not a deal-breaker. Looking forward to checking out another band. Great set-up!

Idk what’s going on with big 10 but they need to get it together. I’m guessing new management. The food has always been to die for, but the last few times, I got served a cold plate of food that had been sitting at the counter. Quality went down drastically. Mind you, I always order the same few things, so I know what to expect.
On a busy day , I noticed a cook working hard, clearly irritated, meanwhile a fellow in glasses standing there on his phone at the counter, completely oblivious.
Do better. One mistake is ok, to be disappointed 2+ times is absurd. As customers, we observe and we notice.
Can’t tell ya the next time I’ll be back.

We were visiting Lincoln for the Good Life Halfsy Marathon and luckily decided to go in. This place is awesome and the vibe amazing! The Huskers had a game that night and the place was packed. We were able to find a couple seats at one of the bigger tables and wonderful Huskers fans sitting there welcomed us to join them.
The service and food were great. For as busy as it was the burger, chicken fried chicken we ordered were hot and came out at in a good time. We were also drinking water with our adult drinks and our server brought us a large pitcher of water. I also liked the big water coolers and cups set up with the sign hydrate.
I would visit again especially on game day for the great energy of the place. We spoke to the couple that invited us to sit the entire time the game was going on. I’ve never seen a band come on during half time and that added to our dining and socializing experience!

pool tables are awesome, however my only complaint is food often comes out cold. we go at not very busy times of the day, so it often gets left sitting at the window for 5-10 minutes til the bartender realizes its up. same with keno, other employees will notice me but not say anything to the current keno writer that they have someone waiting to play, who isnt doing anything except has their back turned to keno. on multiple occasions i had to go get staff’s attention who are watching tvs to get my ticket in before game closing. communication is key in the bar world! and a bell or something for the kitchen would help the food from being forgotten about on multiple occasions.

One of the worst experiences of all time for the Maryland game. It was so bad we were starting to guess what would be brought to our table vs. what we ordered. Wrong beers, food took 45 minutes and was wrong. Place was 1/2 full so not sure what the issue was. Waitress admitted how bad it was. At one point, everybody was getting half-price food because it was taking so long. And then our waitress tabbed us out at halftime and said she would make sure someone would be taking care of our table going forward. Nobody ever came. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired immediately. Will never go back.

A nice place to watch a game and it serves typical American bar food. Our waitress was nice and attentive. I was brought the wrong style of Philly from what I ordered, and it didn’t have much much meat in it. However, it was tasty.

Absolutely horrible service! I came in with my fiance just before 8PM tonight on 10/27/25 before there was any group of people I was greeted as soon as I walked in and told to sit anywhere. So we chose from one of the MANY empty tables near the kitchen is where we sat. At 8:30PM me and my fiancé got up and left because we hadn’t even been asked if we wanted drinks. If we didn’t know one of the cooks we wouldn’t have even gotten menus… I will not be returning and I will be recommending against folks visiting this establishment unless they want poor service. I still think the worst part was that we were greeted and then treated as if we were invisible for 30+ minutes… I put time stamps and dates in here just incase management has some common sense of what customer service should look like.

Pizza was legit cold under the cheese when served, maybe even frozen. Sent back to the oven and it was re-served luke warm. I wouldn’t let my dog eat it. Giving 2 stars for a great atmosphere for the Husker football/volleyball games.

Stopped in for lunch 7/19/2025. Sierra was a great waitress but the kitchen stole the show this time. The char-buffed chicken wings were perfect, the steak tips were on point and the cheeseburger was great too. That was the best burger bun I have had in a while. Tip of the cap to the kitchen. They made some pretty simple orders come out well above average. Heck, the waffle fries were perfectly done. Food like that will keep them busy for a long time and you could tell the kitchen took pride in what they were sending out. Cheers to the crew!! Great experience!!
