My boyfriend & I decided to give a new place a try. The breadsticks were great. I ordered the Baja/Southwest burger & the patty didn’t taste like it was seasoned, it was very boring. My boyfriend ordered the burger between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches & also wasn’t impressed as it wasn’t anything special. Their fries were good though, beer battered fries are always a win in my book.

Pretty good place, looks and feels like the previous establishment, just with a remodel and different name. Overall my experience here was good, burgers were good and beer of course was good.
When it was first going up I thought it was going to be more focused on the two and even give special attention to the beers. While I cannot say the selection for focus is bad, I expected more.

I was not impressed by this new restaurant and pub. Their beer list doesn’t include any kind of description as to what types of beer they were (Stout, pilsner, lager, etc). Selection was fine, but I would’ve liked to know what kind of beers some of the German ones were. When we asked for a style list, we were given a short list of a few beers and what food they paired with; it did not include the whole beer list. I ordered “The Draft” burger cooked medium, and it was just grey. As for flavor, I didn’t even taste any salt or pepper on the patty. Luckily my pepper jack cheese gave a touch of flavor to it. Prices were fine, typical range of $8-$12 for entrees. Service wasn’t grand; weren’t asked how everything tasted so our complaints weren’t heard. Overall, poor experience and we’ll definitely not be returning.

Good burgers to choose from and a decent beer list. I like the Burger concoctions and would like to try them all. I hope they evolve and rotate new ones as time goes on.The Burgers are good but most of the flavor comes from the toppings and not the patty itself. Burger patty was quality meat but no flavor. Fries are seasoned and delicious. Wait staff was not attentive, was not asked for another beer or soda refill. Bier is in the name and would think they would want me to have more than one with my meal. Very friendly staff and fast but as another reviewer stated did not offer refill for my fiance.

We held a group gathering of 40 in the Bier and Burger party room. Excellent experience all the way around. Very smooth making reservation and arranging party. Setup was perfect and service could not have been better. Very happy, would recommend to anyone and plan to use for future parties!

Free beer if you download the app. Thought “shareables” we’re $7 during “happy hour” noted on the app, but was told they weren’t doing happy hour any more. Waitress did check with manager and we were told it’s supposed to be for “bar only” and should say that on website, but they could take $2.25 off. I said okay, but I’m on the app and it didn’t say that. Waitress suddenly had an attitude and just repeated “I did say we can take 2.25 off.” That was fine, but it kind of put a bad spin on an otherwise decent first visit. Then we got nachos and another beer before 5 and then bill came out and the happy hour price was not reflected. I decided not to say anything. Honestly, not a bad place but they need to work on accuracy in their advertisement of deals on their app. Veggie burger was actually decent and waitress was nice until aforementioned issue came up. I probably won’t come back, but for others it may be worth a shot. Just don’t expect to get the deals on the app, except maybe a free domestic beer or discounted craft.

What a fantastic place! Friendly, attentive service. But the best part was the fact that you could substitute The Impossible Burger for any of the burgers on the menu! All came on brioche buns, with a wide variety of topping choices. We also had the sweet potato fries with a maple creme dip. So good! Our Impossible Burgers lived up to expectations and were absolutely delicious! Will definately be back.

Went there on a Wednesday evening around 6:30. There were very few customers. A few more came in while we were there.
Food was pretty good. Burgers is their main menu item. Got the BBQ version. Lot’s of onion rings on top. I would say more onions than meat. The flavor was pretty good. The bacon was a mix of over cooked and under cooked. Why can’t kitchens cook bacon right!
I am not a fan of breaded french fries. Was not in the mood for chips. I had them substitute with sweet potatoe fries. They were pretty good. A couple were undercooked, but overall they were about right.
I was not at all impressed with their “bier” selection. I did not even order a beer. Just drank water.
I would go back if in the mood for a burger. Seems a bit of overkill for a mostly burger joint though.

Sat down for 10 min with no waiter. Servers kept walking around our table and didn’t bother to even ask if we had been served or helped. 2 couples arrived after us and were served right away. We had to stop one server and ask if someone would help us.
The food (just burgers) took 45 min.
It took another 10 min for our waitress to even come back with the check.

But it was not, they were just slow about there service. For this place to be called “Bier & Burgers” you would think they would have a big beer selection and they didn’t. If you want a big selection, might as well go to Cafe Hollander where you get a book of beers.
