These are fantastically yummy burgers. I wasn’t super hungry and got sliders for my meal and they weren’t overcooked!! It was cooked the way a burger should be, perfectly done with lots of juiciness still in the burger. Highly recommend!!! The fries were also amazing. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

We ordered for delivery. The burgers were over cooked and didn’t have the requested or normal fixings on them. The photo attached was supposed to have a tomato, caramelized onions, and a pickle added in addition to what came on the burger. None of the items were on the burger. In addition the lettuce was off such poor quality it was see through. The burger was so over cooked it was dry and crunchy. It really was like getting a burger from a fast food location instead of a specialty burger restaurant. Very upset we paid so much money per burger for what we got. We will not be getting burgers here again.

My wife and I wanted to go somewhere to eat with our son and he loves burgers. We stumbled upon this place driving to another restaurant and decided to go here. Excellent service and the burgers were made fresh in front of you. You can customize your burger any way you want. We like that they had a kids menu with good options. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

My first time trying waygu burger I ordered medium but it was a little under to my preference I would try it again and order well done and I’m sure it would be perfect. The burger was juicy the toppings were good the red onions I added were super thick so overwhelming just a heads up and the fries were cool too I got the mushroom waygu wellington

I stopped by the restaurant when I saw the milkshake options. It was a hot summer day and needed something cold. I was greeted when I walked in and ordered immediately. While I was paying, I jokingly asked the employee if a military discount was available, and he said yes. My milkshake was very good and smooth and the whipped cream was a nice bonus. I’ll definitely be back to try one of the burgers.

I have grabbed a bite here a few times. Food is cooked to order I’ve had the Cheeseburgers and the French Fries, Onion Rings and the Tater Tots (Cooked Perfectly) they’re all good. I’ve asked on all occasions to have my fries cooked more done, and the staff has always accommodated my request. Overall I have had good experience at this restaurant.

This place is awesome! The food is fantastic – real, high-quality meat that tastes delicious. You can definitely tell the difference. Plus, the service is outstanding. The guy who helped me at the register was super friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

The smell of grilled burgers enticed me to come to this spot. I was not let down. Ohhhh my, these burgers are good. I mean really fricken good. The ability to top it any way you want is a plus. I would come here many times to keep trying different toppings till I found a favorite, or just discover that it’s going to be great no matter what you put on it. These burgers are gourmet, and so are the toppings. The servers are so friendly and cool it makes me wanna make that place my hang out spot. BGR was love at first visit!

I can’t think of any reason to deduct a star! This place never disappoints. Yes, it is more expensive than a quick trip to Macburger and it takes longer to get your food, but that gives you a chance to check your emails and Tweet about your Burger Joint happiness. I had a bacon buffalo bleu burger and it was everything I hoped for. Fries are awesome. Highly recommend.
