I am a Lyft driver. I stopped at the 105 at 287 store in North Beaumont, Texas. My passenger and I wanted a late night snack to eat.
We had so much difficulty that we recommend McDonalds considers closing this store at the 11 pm shift change or at midnight.
The order taker told me that we could only order for one person to a car Tuesday morning Aug 6, 2019 at about 12:16 am.
They said that I could pay for my order. Then I could driver around back into line to order for my passenger.
This new rule is really counterproductive. Yall have several registers that can take multiple orders, but your employees and management want to make it difficult on the customers.
Also, remember that as a driver, I helped the passenger choose where to eat. For me this is evidence to lead my other passengers away from this store.
This store has had other major problems, and if this were a Walmart, they would have closed it, bull dozed it, and opened a new store in a different place.
The store with so many problems needs to go away, and if you can’t keep more then 3 employees at night, like the store on 4th street, maybe those stores should close at midnight.
The order taker at the store said the rule is because they only had 3 workers that morning, they could only take one order per vehicle.
I told my passenger that I have had trouble at this McDonalds the last time I was there, about a year ago, when I ate inside. About 30 employees concluded a store meeting at 10 pm just as I was trying to leave.
The young employees had an out of control party in the parking lot where employees were riding around on top of other people’s cars, and making terrible noise.
I told the children that I had contacted the police, and they disparsed. The manager and older employees did nothing. They should have asked the employee who had cars to leave and for the other riders to wait quietly.

I am so pissed. I waited 20 minutes to get food on MLK and Washington. When I got the food it was cold as I don’t know what. I asked for a refund I waited 20 more minutes to get a refund. There was no manager there the front counter worker was texting on her phone when she should have been getting orders out. They want to get paid $15 but don’t want to work. I will not be going there again. Not to mention I went there almost every day before the remodel and didn’t have this problem where are the old workers that took care of their loyal customers. I guess jack n the box it is.

5/18/2018 Both Of my Kids left the drive through with raw chicken nuggets. Location was on 105 in Beaumont, TX. And while I was reporting and showing another gentleman showed up. His 4yr old also ate one of the nuggets that was raw. Wish I could up load the video and pictures of the food for you guys. McDonald’s is not the same… will never be back.

The McDonald’s at Parkdale Mall has by far been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. From start to finish they have failed. They did not have certain items on their menu or the guy running the register couldn’t find it, he was obviously undertrained. They were also highly understaffed I counted 5 total working/standing around. It took over THIRTY minutes to receive my order and of course it was wrong. The staff all seemed to be highly untrained mixing up orders, lot of customer’s were getting refunds because the way things were going. Who ever runs/owns this location need to get a handle on things and make some major changes.

Because I walked in with 8 kids I couldn’t get no service. Everything was just staring. All the tables was dirty. No one cares. And I told them and they just looked. Y All lost 60 dollars worth of business that JacknBox across the street won.. I called the main office and she said they was getting new owners… lol what does that have to do with me service today.

This corporate office is a joke took my girlfriend there for her job interview during a rainstorm no one even showed up they said be there before 6 p.m we got there at 5:30 12 ppl were waiting to get in no one showed up so the next Tuesday we go back they told her to get the heck out and then the guy goes to leave tryes to run us of the road he hit the back of my car and tryed to make me go faster down a 30 mph road. This is what you can expect from McDonald’s corporate office in Beaumont texas that guy better hope I dont see him again my car is $58, 000 zl1 camaro with the bumper almost riped off cops didnt do anything

I would give it less than that because the gm for Lumberton tx still has not have my boyfriend’s check to the main office to be sent to him and it has been over a month and it is starting to piss is off cause we need stuff and so does are lil dog and are pregnant pitbull and it is bs
