I have never had a problem with Betos or this location. Everything has always been on point. I just recently had eye surgery so I cant drive anywhere – so I doordashed as I have many times before. Also never had a problem there either. I got moat of my order but spoon opening what I thought was going to be 5 rolled tacos with guac, cheese and sour cream was instead some street tacos possibly steak – which wouldn’t have been a huge issue even if it wasn’t what i ordered. But they were covered in onions and cilantro and im very allergic to onions. I contacted door dash and am still waiting for a response. So I called the store hoping to find some kind of resolution that wasn’t going to take forever. I called – didnt get a name but I tried to explain the situation to the girl working there. She said she was alone and didnt remember my order. And there might have been a slight language barrier but I tried to give all the information from the store receipt because it is literally the only betos close to eagle mountain and there was no way it was a different betos. However in the midst of me trying to explain she hung up on me. And honestly that was the most upsetting part – because I have never had any issues in store or with door dash. Very disappointing

I ordered a California burrito and I’ve never had a worse version. The carne asada tasted off, it was more like a pulled pork. The pico de gallo must have been days old. The potato’s were soggy. The cheese was cold and did not blend well together with the other ingredients. The tortilla was nothing special. Overall super gross.

This place was a big nope. Should have gone with the reviews in deciding to eat here. We were recommended this place and boy was that a mistake. Lettuce in tacos that weren’t supposed to have lettuce, not a biggie but I now see in their reviews that this is a common issue of orders being wrong. The large side of salsa was gelatinous (yes like jello). Side mini salsas had no flavor, black plastic piece in one of the salsas. Everything had a strange hint of a flavor to it that we could not quite figure out but it did not taste good. Like it had all been stored in the same fridge with something that had a strong odor. Threw the whole order away since we ate it at home.

I love their burritos, I literally think about them constantly! The only downside in my opinion is that it is rather pricy (10-14 dollars for a burrito, to be fair they are pretty big though). Overall I would definitely recommend!

I love this betos, it’s one of my favorite places to go. But the last 3-4 visits I’ve noticed the burritos getting skinnier and skinnier. They don’t make them like they used to and I’m just not sure I’m getting my moneys worth :/

ROTTEN FOOD. Consistently unprofessional service. Every interaction I’ve had with this location has been negative, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. Our orders have been made incorrectly so many times that we’ve required refunds or complete remakes on five separate occasions.
This most recent experience was the final straw. We were served rotten guacamole on a chimichanga and, yet again, a California burrito with no cheese – the third time in a row, even after explicitly requesting extra cheese. When I called, the employee on the phone refused to give his name (he actually claimed he “doesn’t have one”), and insisted they “aren’t allowed” to issue refunds over the phone. This is demonstrably untrue, as they have refunded us by phone before.
Still, I went into the store with the spoiled food and incorrect order, only to be greeted by the same employee who informed me that they were “going to refuse my service,” but would “happily” issue a refund. Refuse my service – for what? For expressing mild frustration after their fifth consecutive major mistake?
This location has delivered the worst service I’ve ever experienced. An absolute disaster from start to finish.

Was out in Saratoga springs today, when looking for a place for lunch, we (My wife & I) saw a Betos, we have been to several Betos up and down the Wasatch front. I can tell you that not all are the same, however this eatery was one of the better ones. Upon entering the place, we were nicely greated by a young man at the counter. The order was smooth and very friendly. The price like anywhere else was up there. Two lunch specials $36 with tip. I usually don’t tip these days due to the extremely high prices. What I have always liked about the Mexican restaurants is you do get allot of food and this was the same here. The food came up rather quickly. Side note, they have a fantastic salsa cart with many very tasty and some very spicy sauces. Sorry for the long review, noe to the food… My wife ordered the street tacos (4) they were tasty, the meat could have had a bit more Mexican flavor but it was not bad. I ordered the chili rellenos with beans,rice, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce, allot of food. The positive is the rellenos were fresh, not frozen the flavor was on, it fell apart when I noticed the rellenos were set on top of all the beans, rice, quacamole etc, this made them very soggy and the flavor became very muddled, sad. I would highly suggest to them to use 2 plates, the plates are not expensive but the plating and the flavor got lost. Not sure I will return, I may because I do like the rolled tacos.

Very oily and soggy food. Food that is fried should be crispy and drained of oil. I also ordered extra meat in my food and was provided with what seemed to be a regular portion of meat. The rice was very overcooked. Had a conversation with the employee about these issues but they were rude, hard-headed, and they refused to issue any sort of credit or refund. I do not recommend this place for a late night meal.

I ordered a carne Asada fries burrito, and I took my first bite and it was a pork burrito, I’ve ordered this from them before and this is the 5th time they put pork in my carne asada burritos. When I call them and let them know they do give me the right order, AFTER the fact and I have to drive back to get it.
Honestly a scam and terrible service. Nice people but they don’t know the difference between pork and Carne asada.
If you get food from them always check the food while your there, or else it could be wrong.
