Used to love this place but now they just slap everything together. There is literally no guac and cheese on the rolled tacos. But definitely 2 heads of lettuce. I don’t like posting but this is 3 times in a row something has been horrible.

I know this is “fast food” and I shouldn’t be expecting much anyway, but this was somehow lower than any of my expectations, especially since I spent $25 on food that I wouldn’t even call “mid.” I ordered a California burrito and two tacos al pastor… The tacos were horrible. I took one bite and couldn’t finish. It was an absolute insult to Mexican food.

Also would be nice if they asked if you’d like your bottle of soda open or not rather than just handing it to you and immediately shutting the window on you.

Came in and I was going to grab lunch and I need to go to the bathroom but the men’s bathroom was missing more than half of the toilet seat and I asked if I could use one of the other restrooms, I made it clear that I was looking to get something to eat while I was there and just wanted to wash my hands and use the restroom and they said they wouldn’t let me do that. It’s kind of upsetting something so simple and they just can’t take care of their facilities or anything so I would advise not eating here do the fact that they’re facilities are so poorly maintained I can only imagine what it’s like behind the food counter. I got to admit part of the reason I’m mad is because if I had ordered food and not been able to use the bathroom I probably would have not made it I’m currently on a medication that’s a diuretic But I also so happened to need to eat food with when I take it. I just wanted to get some food use the restroom as well as wash my hands being dirty coming from work. So take the review with a grain of salt but it’s still unprofessional to have your only available bathroom to be broken

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 rolled tacos with rice and beans and she gave me only tacos with expired guacamole that smelt very bad. I ended up throwing it in the trash and going to RANCHERITOS. Rancheritos is 5star.

Probably the worst Beto’s location in the state for breakfast. I asked for an egg and cheese burrito. Specifically, “only eggs and cheese.” With potato? They ask. Sure, some potato. I think it was one scrambled egg (maybe) and 2 full potatoes. Not delicious. honestly, don’t go to any Beto’s for breakfast unless you want 90% potatoes.

Update after response from owner: I said what I said. Eggs and cheese only. You brought up potato. Would you eat something like that? All potatoes with some cheese and half an egg? That’s not good food. Take some accountability for your product. Keep your garbage food and your garbage attitude.

So disappointed with my carnitas chimichanga. It was just a tortilla with the dryest, overcooked carnitas inside and nothing else. No beans, cheese, or anything else that’s described on the menu or that’s included in the chimis made by any other location. I could barely even chew it the meat was so dry. Service was friendly, but I don’t think i can come back to this location.

Moldy food! The sad thing about this place is that they used to be my go to. They must’ve changed management because I came here for the first time in a long time and ordered a steak and egg breakfast burrito and carnasada fries. The Fry’s were old and stale with hardly any toppings on it and the burrito tasted like actual mold. I never leave bad reviews and I’m not picky at all but I couldn’t even finish the first bite of that burrito. I was in a rush and would’ve gone back if I had the time. Such a disappointment and will NOT be going back.
