Beths is a lovely little sandwich, soup, and breakfast shop in a very picturesque location (it used to be an old church, and has a very old-New England feel to it). The service is friendly and efficient, the food comes fast (without being “fast food”), the sandwiches and soups are delicious, and when the weather is as nice as it was today, outdoor seating. We enjoyed a relaxed meal on a quiet street, but sitting indoors would have been just as nice.

Stopped for pastry… beautiful selection. Told the young staffer I wanted more than 1 item and ordered a cinnamon roll, a piece of strudel, a chocolate croissant and 2 scones. They weren’t placed in a box, they were bagged. Bagging did not do the pastry any favors. Wish I had said something as my strudel was decimated when I got home. Still tasted delicious but took a beating near the bottom of the bag! Boxing would have saved the appearance of my treats.

I really liked the great place, we came here by chance while passing through a hockey tournament with children and were satisfied with the quality food and the polite and pleasant cafe staff! The cafe is very beautiful, original decor, everything is neat and clean, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly.

Friendly service in a bakery as they depict them in the movies. Some people stay for a short while, many enter to order and take out. We had a very good tasting muffin and a delicious strawberry smoothie. We’ll definitely go back 🙂

Absolutely wonderful Cafe tucked away here in Sandwich! I had the quiche lorraine, haddock chowder, and gingerbread Joy coffee. The portion size felt very appropriate. The food was delicious! The coffee was a wonderful beverage to rinse all the food down with! The employee taking my order recommended the gingerbread Joy coffee and I couldn’t be happier with it! Unfortunately I was too full to save room for dessert so I’ll have to come back and try that sometime soon!

Really cute place, but the food was bland and flavorless. Probably the worst sandwiches we have had in a very long time. Had to throw most of them away. The danish was good though! Unfortunately wouldn’t pay 50$ for another meal here.

I highly recommend Beth’s Bakery & Cafe!! All of the pastries we got were so delicious and fresh. I also had a cup of Haddock Chowder that was creamy with chunks of Haddock. The staff were friendly and their establishment was clean. It’s definitely a must go place if you’re in Sandwich.

This is a very cute spot, with an excellent selection, and outdoor seating. However, it took me half an hour to get a coffee and pastry to go. The service is disorganized. The patrons dining in were being served piecemeal, getting the wrong orders, and were lucky to get silverware. The pastries ‘looked’ lively, but at least the twist I ordered wasn’t particularly good.
