This place has gone majorly down hill over the years. You shouldn’t have to wait 20 min for a double toasted bagel with cream cheese to have it come out stone cold. This is the 3rd attempt in 3 months to see if they’ve improved – but alas, they have not. I’ll be sticking with Call your Mother from now on. I suggest y’all do the same.

The food was amazing! Each location that I’ve gone too I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve demolished my bagel but I purchased the veggie bagel (lunch special) and modified it to lettuce; tomato; onion; avocado; cucumbers and extra hummus on an onion bagel. It was super delicious and the portion size is huge. I highly recommend. The only issue I had was the pickup line wasn’t clear and the person might have been totally smacked and said they couldn’t find my order but it was there the whole time they didn’t bother moving the other bags to check

I’ve been to the Navy Yard location of Bethesda bagels twice now and both times were great.
We ordered a bunch of bagels and coffee for a meeting – everything was included and correct as well as on time for pick up. The whole thing came in two bags which was great for transporting back to the office.
I then went back for a breakfast sandwich a couple weeks later. So many options for their sandwiches! Fantastic.
The staff were efficient but still friendly both times. They seem busy during the weekdays, but the wait wasn’t long when I ordered there. Maybe 5ish minutes ? They manage the pickup and in-store orders well. No inside seating. They also carry Coke products for anyone who avoids Pepsi (like me )

Be prepared to wait in a crowded space. Worth the wait? Absolutely. Ordered a turkey bacon, egg and cheese sesame bagel sandwich with avocado and was not disappointed. Good portion size, ingredients tasted fresh, and friendly customer service.

I frequently go here in the mornings for breakfast sandwiches, and they have generally been pretty good. However, over the years I’ve noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant steadily declining. On my most recent visit, the restaurant was very dirty, even in the areas visible from the front lobby. Due to these cleanliness issues, this will be my last time visiting this establishme.

This place is alright. The bagels themselves are decent, but make sure when you order, you ask for *light* spread or else they will put a gallon of cream cheese on it. Made that mistake once and it was nasty. Also, they have virtually no seating which is lousy. Definitely better spots around for some breakfast.

This place is popping on the weekend and I see why. I’ve walked past it for months but a friend suggested I go. 10 am on a Saturday and the line is out the door. Order ahead. This must mean it’s good and it’s worth the wait. Big packed bagel sandwiches. Customized how you want them at a reasonable price. Try them for yourself!

The bagels were great here, the menu is easy to read, service was quick and friendly. They also had a variety of drinks, fruit, and yogurt parfaits. The only reason it’s not five stars is because we left and didn’t realize until we sat down to eat that two of our bagels weren’t the kind we had ordered for our sandwiches. The bagel was still delicious but I would’ve chosen differently if it was due to a substitution or maybe we were just misheard.
