Bestfood Cafeteria opened in 1989 and is located in Siler City, in the heart of NC on Highway 64. We specialize in serving homemade meats and veggies.

Hours: Mon – Sat, 11am – 2pm and 4pm – 8pm. Sun, 11am – 3pm. Good southern food, a gift shop, buffet includes salads and pies. Meeting room for groups.

We went to Hailey Belles for my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a special occasion. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel celebrated, which really meant a lot on my birthday.
I ordered the prime rib, and wow — it was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. You could tell it was prepared with care and quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious, and the portion size was generous, especially for how well it was cooked. It truly felt like a special, indulgent meal.
The overall dining experience was relaxed but still upscale enough to feel like a treat. Service was timely without feeling rushed, and everything came out exactly as ordered. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the experience right, but Hailey Belles absolutely did.
This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better meal or experience. I will definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending Hailey Belles to friends and family — especially if you’re looking for amazing prime rib and a place that makes you feel taken care of!!

The overall experience was good, we will be returning for another meal in the future. We were seated without much wait and all the staff were warm and treated us kindly. Our food was served hot and timely, but some of it was a little plain or bland. The ranch dressing was a hit for everyone and the atmosphere was interesting with the gift shop and adjacent cafeteria.

I am not one for cafeterias like Krawlers and Walkers but I love Best Food Cafeteria.
Their prices are comparable to fast food and it’s so good. I also love their chicken salad. I will come some and just get that to go. Lots of options to take home like the cakes and pies. Or have a piece after your meal. The chicken pot pie that’s frozen is a family favorite.
They are very prompt to get you refills and clean your plates.
I really wish they would bring the salad bar back and I would eat here more. Hint hint!
The gift shop is a blessing to shop local. They carry the cutest home decor, collegiate fan items ( go pack), wreaths, clothes jewelry and Scout Bags.

The tea is addicting! They have the good ice! For 2 people (2 meats, 4veggies & 2 drinks) $22. The lady kept our teas topped off & grabbed a delicious whole lemon meringue pie ($10).

Great dine in or take out. Our most recent trip was take out and quite delicious as always! Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with beans was tasty. Also chose baked chicken tenders, sesame chicken on rice. Two extra delicious sides are always the pasta salad and cole slaw. We got one of their whole apple pies to bring home too. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this place. Everything we had was a 10/10 highly recommend if you are in the area. The chicken pie was fabulous, I loved the beef tips, they had great corn bread, the pound cake was great, and the lemon meringue pie was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the meal was affordable about $30 plus tip for 3 adults with 2 desserts. The coffee was also quite good.

Food is okay. Love the cafeteria option, have been there a few times now and food is always a little bland. They also need to have hush puppies as part of the meal. Do have a few choices for grab and go heat up dinners.

Chicken pie, fried chicken, steak, fish, pick any of them, and you’ve done well. I had the fried chicken, rice, yeast roll while hubby had country style steak with green beans and pinto. He always gets the cornbread. But the rolls are great too. Best home cooked food around and for a very great price. Don’t forget the pie as you go through the line.

Great food.. the only place I will eat fried chicken. I was able to tell the gentleman behind the counter which piece I wanted which I was grateful for because I’m extremely picky about my chicken.
The table server that we had was very nice & kept checking on us.
It’s an older building but had a very comfortable feeling. You pay as expected in a cafeteria (per item) so you are able to control the bill total.

BEST CHICKEN PIE I have ever put in my mouth. And love that you can buy the frozen pies and have on hand to cook at home. This place never disappoints!
