I ordered the Val Kilmer Platter at Best Ave BBQ Boys and it was absolutely outstanding! The ribs, tri-tip, and pulled pork were all cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and Smokey . The sides were just as impressive: the mac n’ cheese was creamy and comforting, and the BBQ beans had that rich, hearty flavor.
The portion sizes were generous—so much food for the money! If you’re craving authentic BBQ with great value, this spot is a must-try.

Anytime I’m in Coeur d’Alene. I stop and get some food. I always bring an ice cooler in the vehicle and take some home for another meal. It is that good. I find it very inexpensive for a tasty barbecue. My favorite is this tri-tip sandwich with a loaded baked potato.

As someone with celiac, we took a risk in eating here. I called ahead to ask if there were options for me and I was told that everything is made from scratch and is gluten free except for the obvious items (mac and cheese, buns, and whatnot). I got the baker deluxe minus the mac and my only regret is not being able to eat the whole thing. I told them I’m celiac and they took extra care not to touch any gluten before prepping my meal, and twelve hours later I haven’t gotten sick from it:) I would definitely recommend BBQ Boys and I look forward to my next meal here

Absolutely amazing BBQ! The Best Ave BBQ Boys live up to their name — hands down the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The meat was perfectly smoked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the sides were just as good. You can really taste the passion and care they put into their food. My love of barbecue drove me to Best Avenue BBQ Boys and the bar has been set. Everytime I order from a BBQ joint I get a pulled pork sandwich and a side of baked beans and BOTH were the BEST I’ve ever had. And I’ve got to mention their barbecue sauce! They’re barbecue sauce is unique, and one of a kind! If you’re in Coeur d’Alene, and you love barbecue, then find this unassuming food truck on Best Avenue and get yourself some.

Holy cow. For our one and only BBQ experience in America we chose the best spot!! Such good food and for a great price. The meat just falls apart. Great homemade BBQ sauce. Very friendly people.
