This restaurant is a 4.2 star rating which Is surprising because the food is good, the customer service is good, and the restaurant is clean. I ordered one time to-go, and another time, inside at one of the booths. Both time the customer service was good and the food. But, some dishes are better dining in which is where the confusion begins. For example, and I got lucky with this, the Coconut Thai Red Curry is a soupy dish; hard to imagine enjoying this meal to its maximum potential out of a to-go box. So when ordering out or dining in, definitely give some consideration to how the portions are traditionally made and served. This is easily 4.5 stars. Sushi is also good.

First time trying Bentofu. I love Hibachi and wanted to introduce my hubby to it. I didn’t realize that they didn’t have the Hibachi tables. By the end of the meal, I didn’t mind not getting the full experience. The food speaks for itself. We will definitely go back. So much food. Ended up taking over half of it home. Love the fact that we were able to enjoy it as a second meal. Well worth checking them out.

The Boba is so fresh and so yummy It’s become a fav. The sushi was incredibly refreshing light and so tasty! The Katsu curry meal is hugeeee so aromatic and authentic!! We got gyozas as well very tasty portion sizes are terrific for the prices! Wait staff was so incredibly attentive and friendly!! Not to mention the decor is modern,hip and fun 10/10 will definitely be back !!!

Jept passing this place and even did 3rd party food delivery here. Decided to check it out… glad I did. Loved the sushi and atmosphere was very pleasant. Menu had a great variety and thry had quick service! For sure going back.

got a to go order from bento fu, i ordered the 3 sushi lunch special which comes with miso soup and a garden salad for a great price. as well as takoyaki for appetizer (which was additional). To my surprise when i opened the salad i was met with pieces of soggy lettuce and one tomato. it looks like it was eaten and has been served to me. I ordered eel sauce on the side and there was a piece of hair in it which absolutely disgusted me even further. The quality from bento fu has gone down bc even the miso soup didn’t taste right. the sushi is okay, but not great. Takoyaki smelled really fishy when i opened it, it was horrible. The service worker i was greeted with was also not welcoming or nice even when i left a tip, there was no thank you, no greeting. Just plain rude. I loved this place but unfortunately the quality has just definitely gone down.

Had a pretty good experience. One of the waitresses was dismissive after I tried to call to her and ask a question. Aside from that I enjoyed my meal. I got the chicken gyoza, spring rolls and tofu fried rice, presentation was lacking but good nonetheless. Loved it and will be back❤️

This place is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious, it tastes just like Osaka hibachi where they cook the food right in front of you. Service is excellent and price is very reasonable. We have eaten there twice in the last two weeks, can’t go wrong.

Beautiful establishment. Excellent service. I got the chicken katsu lunch bento. The chicken was so juicy and everything was full of flavor. My favorite miso soup ever! I will be back!
