There’s a reason I only come here once a year or so: each time I do, I’m reminded of why I don’t eat here more often. In my opinion, the food is hardly worth what you’re paying for. I ordered lasagna, waited forever, then just got a pile of cheese and slop on my plate that was so greasy that I didn’t even eat it. And it was pricy. I could have done better than that at home, and I’m hardly a gourmet chef. It took so long to get this that I didn’t even have the patience to send it back for them to try again

My fiancé and I order delivery from here quite often and love the food. It’s truly fantastic. Delivery is always prompt and service is always genuinely kind and assistive. I wish I could give negative stars, but Google ratings forces you to choose at least 1 star. The service and food were awful. My husband’s file of sole francese hardly had any fish in it at all. The piece was so tiny and buried in sauce, that he could barely find it. Everything was oversalted. I ordered the veal parmigiana, which was overcooked and rubbery. When I sent it back and asked to get something else, the waiter was rude and said that we would still have to pay for the veal, which was inedible. We asked to speak to the manager and were told that he was busy. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing. Will definitely never go back here again.

We really enjoyed our meal at Bensi, where Pamela helped us out with ensuring that our dietary restrictions were met! For starters, we got the Beet Goat Cheese Salad and Stuffed Mushrooms. Both were delicious! For mains, we got Zucchini Parmigiana with Spaghetti, Rigatoni Cauliflower with Escarole and Beans, and Cheese Ravioli with Pasta e Fagioli. We topped it off with Tartufo and Eggless Cannoli for dessert, the latter of which the chef whipped up when we asked about cannoli and they found the cannoli shell had eggs in it (desserts are pictured). Overall, the meal was delicious, the ambiance was comfortable, and the service was excellent!

Family dinner for 4 adults and 2 year old with severe nut and dairy allergies. Restaurant was more than accommodating with menu choices for child, also came to our table to double check ALL ingredients used. Service was impeccable.

Food was ok, our waiter was nice although the woman that came to “clean” up our plates every time she came to our table just extended her arm wiggled her fingers and looking at our plates waiting for us to hand her out all the plates like she could not asked politely to get the plates closer to her. We were only 4 people on the table it wasn’t a big deal to reach out to the plates or asked politely not with hand and eyes signs. She did it at least 4 times. Just rude.
