I grew up in the Parish and Ben’s was a top contender in the lunch and or dinner time line up. Their pizza is good, the muffaletta is good, my all time favorite is the potato poboy with gravy on the side.
We work in New Orleans East and made the trip for a group lunch time order. I haven’t eaten from there in years and let me tell ya they did not disappoint. The food was just as I remember it. Quality, delicious, they got us in and out. The hospitality was on point. Thank y’all for doing what y’all do best. Keep up the great work A+

woman works there is wonderful….one of the younger males is very respectful to anyone and everyone, cares about his job, friendly, truthful, excellent performance as a employee. will go far in life and be successful if he keeps up the great work and stays true to his work and mostly people ethics. (only know that he drives a bigger truck like a diesel)..all other younger aged r rude and not worth tips, not helpful, have the mindframe that their owed tips and low on experience however comes off cocky, rude, chip on their shoulders, dont care about their jobs only about getting money, judgmental, and most of all they go out of their way to be disrespectful.

Unfortunately, I arrived at 8:04pm and was told they were closed when I called because the door was locked.
I told him the Google add and several other pages online all have them closing at 9pm.
I drove all the way here after work specifically togo to Ben’s. I have been craving them for over a week.
Instead of my order, I got a rude look from an employee inside for callling, and a snide remark and laughed at me for not making it before closing.
I told him Googlea hours are incorrect. His response , “oh well, we close at 8 during the week.” While laughing.
Wow, what has happened to the restaurants in and around New Orleans, Arabi, St Bernard?
The lack of customer service and customer care is unbelievable!
The genuine friendliness, courtesy, and cuz ty omer service is largely disappearing.
So sad, because this place has been a long time favorite of mine since I was a child.
I hope it was a fluke & the experience is as good z I remember when I order tomorrow

I’ve been going to Bens since childhood. The pizza can’t be beat. Fresh ingredients, great tasting thin crust always cooked perfectly and delivered hot and fresh.
I order at least weekly. It seems that Bens is trying to keep cost down when others continue to rise
The muffuletta is my second choice and Po boys.
The Jumbo Bens Special with Anchovies Is the freshest, best tasting pizza.
