Worst place I’ve been in a long time, granted we normally buy groceries and cook our own food, so when the husband calls and asks if you want to go out you get excited… and then I got there.
Service was good, they all seemed friendly and were busting their butts, but they could’ve been a bit better attentive to the customers, seemed like they were playing catch up from supper or trying to get out as fast as possible after closing/their shift. They could have been getting us drinks instead of clearing a table, they were not that busy.
The food, my husbands came out cold (chicken pasta) but he ate it. Mine on the other hand, different story. I ordered a sprite (it was a good 5-10 minute wait and then it was just carbonated water, she did remedy that eventually). I have to order off the gluten friendly menu (my life it has to be that way) so I ordered a burger with bacon and cheese, no bun, extra well done with a side salad, chose not to pay extra for a gluten free bun (because why am I paying extra you sure as hell don’t take money off when I order no bun) well my side salad came out, no silverware, sat for awhile before getting some. The salad was very limp and browning lettuce, the dressings (I tried ranch and the Dijon honey mustard, absolutely disgusting to me) Got my burger and it had bbq sauce on it and it specifically says on the gf menu no bbq sauce, so I sent it back obviously I can’t eat it. New one comes out, husband is done eating, I cut mine just to check (I saw the bloody plate, remember extra well done) yep threw it in a to go box and will probably feed it to the dogs. They did give us a discount, but it was really not much.
The atmosphere was decent, the cleanliness of the place as whole was ok, but everything is so sticky (menus, tables, even the bathroom stalls) and the it stinks like sewer. First and last time there

Our food was good and our server Kylie was great. However they sat us all near the kitchen where the chefs specifically a guy named Cody was blaring the most obnoxious inappropriate music and it was louder than the music in the restaurant. My 4 year old and 7 month old were with me and there were several tables down the aisle with elderly people. I finally couldn’t stand it anymore and asked for a manager and expressed how ridiculous it was that my 4 year old as well as the elderly ones nearby had to listen to the f word and many other nasty things during our entire supper at a family friendly restaurant. She said she understood and went to tell him to turn it down. However it was clear that she couldn’t care less than she did. I didn’t catch her name but she was the manager on duty on Saturday night 12-27-25 she was short and had brown hair in a bun. She had been standing in the front of the kitchen the entire time prior to me requesting to speak with her and never asked him to stop. She shouldn’t be in a position of management if she’s afraid to ask her employees to do right. I got stoner vibes there tonight and will never ever bring my family back. I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. No discount was offered and we could feel them talking about us. Sorry we wanted to enjoy a supper as a family without listening to blaring profanity. It sucked to spend our money there.

Waitress was decent. Bartender was too busy flirting with the hostess while ringing out tickets after acknowledging me standing at the bar twice. All he needed to do was verbalize he’d be a minute but decided it was better to make excuses and cop attitude. Don’t plan on returning to this place again.

walked in and no one came up to seat us or even greet us and let us know there would be a wait. The waitresses were talking amongst themselves and not even acknowledging the 3 groups of people waiting. There was plenty of open seating and yet, after going up and asking, it would be a 15 minute wait. Decided to go to the Old 10 instead. Cant recommend this place.

Food was lukewarm at best. Server didn’t stop by very often, so difficult to get refills. Even when she dropped off our bill, she waited a long time to come back and pick it up. Place was practically empty; if it were busy it wouldn’t have bothered me.

First time going to this restaurant in ND. with snow coming down there wasn’t a lot of people in there. My burger tasted great. The Ruben was the best she had ever had… her words… refills were timely. Only issues were order had pickles I specifically said not to put in the plate. Also asked about everything else that came on it and she didn’t really know but said it would be on the side. It Had pickles and onions and other things on it and I had to pick them off and deal with the bit of taste in the bun.
Overall loved the food. Atmosphere was bland. Dark wood was pretty was nothing drew my attention. Plenty of TVs.

Update: Food still tastes pretty good. Service is still okay. Alcohol and/or mix need to be checked for ‘floaters’ as two drinks had to be sent back. The drinks were exchanged without issue though so props to the restaurant for the customer service.

Good tasting food. Service could be more attentive, i.e. drinks filled, order taken quicker, meal extras obtained quicker if needed, etc. Overall, a good restaurant with good food.

Almost didn’t go in due to no cars in parking lot. Food and service was quite good. They do a lot of take out orders. Beer selection good, but not enough business to prevent stale beer. Also, stating home of the true pint (beer) couldn’t be more misleading, at least the glass we got…12 oz max and perhaps Bennigans forgot…a pint is 16 oz.

We came in to place a to go order. Food was delicious. The server that took our order was very pleasant and helpful. As we were waiting at a table for our order I observed another server reach into the crouton container with her bare hands and put croutons on a salad without washing her hands after rubbing her hair and scratching her head. My suggestion would be maybe a scoop to take out the croutons.

It was a great meal with cold beer. Service was good and I would recommend the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta.

Update. We had a great supper and a wonderful dessert. Once again. Great staff and service
