Its been a long time since I have been here and remember it being a million times better. Not sure if it was just the cook or tge actual food.
Chicken was dry and over cooked and had no flavor. All ended up in the garbage.
The mushrooms had absolutely no seasoning and tasted horrible. Again all ended up in the garbage.
Asked for my steak to be medium and it was purple inside.
1/2 the food i paid for , and it isn’t cheap any more, ended up in the garbage. Probably a never again for me.
This was for my daughter’s birthday and we got the most unenergetic chef. This was a big disappointment all around.

am writing to formally complain about my experience at your Benihana location yesterday. I had not stepped foot in this location for over 10 years, and I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the restaurant. The ceiling and the area above our table appeared damaged and looked as though it could fall apart at any moment, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.

After eating your food, I became very sick throughout the night. I spent approximately $950 and ordered the filet mignon (Chateaubriand). The meat was in very poor condition and had a strong, unpleasant smell. I stopped eating the meat after only two pieces. I immediately informed the waitress, who said she would get the manager; however, the manager never came to speak with me. On my way out, I again reported the issue to the hostess at the front desk, who stated she would inform the manager.

This experience is completely unacceptable, especially considering the cost and reputation of your restaurant. Serving meat that smells bad is a serious food safety concern. Additionally, I observed the chef using the same utensil that was used to flip raw chicken to handle the rice and mixed vegetables, raising serious concerns about cross-contamination and sanitation practices.

Because of this experience, I will never return to this location. I strongly urge management to conduct immediate reviews of food quality, food-handling procedures, and overall facility maintenance, including proper inspection of food before it is served to customers.

This was a disgusting and unacceptable experience, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously.

I feel bad for even giving a bad review for benihana.. I ordered thur door dash. Almost $100.00 worth of food.. My card was charged and I was waiting for my order to come to find out later it was cancelled.. I was so upset that this happened.. I was really looking forward to the fried Rice with the grilled steak and shrimp.. very disappointed.. I still don’t know the reason why my order was cancelled…

We were there on 2/7 night for anniversary. We were seated and later 4 teenage boys sitting next to us. One white boy sitting next to my husband with a joking manner asking if we use (need) training chopsticks? We are Asian and older. My husband took it very offensive and racial. When I approached the front desk asking to change the table. They just looked at me like what is the big deal after I explained to them. My family were very angry and decided to leave. An Asian man at the front desk then said, let me know if you want to change table or leave? What? Terrible service staff and supervisor.

A well rounded experience with exceptional service and attentive staff. The food is wonderful and drinks are delicious! The hot sake is a must. Best spicy shrimp I’ve had. The place is popular and loud, usually a 20 minute wait at dinner time, but they keep it flowing pretty quickly. For 5 of us with tax and tip it was $400.

We went in right after it opened.we wanted the Hibachi grill.we were told it wouldn’t be ready for awhile.it seems to me it should be ready as soon as they.We and everyone else who cane jn sat at regular tables.Food was mediocre,disappointing.My friend got the sushi plate but she sent it back,she didnt want to eat it because she didnt like the looks of it. it wasn’t fresh.Its probably frozen and defrosted.it didn’t feel fresh.a little overpriced.our server was good though.i didn’t like that they removed the sushi off our bill but still added the tip percentage like it was still on the bill.i paid it anyway because the server was nice.

$50 hibachi served with white rice is the biggest scam for a so-so food. The worst part is to change $7 extra for noodle and $7.50 for fried rice. I personally have never seen hibachi served with white rice. They change the extra $7 even for the kids menu. The chef was ok, the presentation was the shortest. The worst amongst any other hibachi place that I have been to. The waitress was literally running between tables. The place is nuts.
I would say, save you money and time and eat somewhere else.
PS.l, I really dont know how they got such a good review in google, I saw the 1.8 star rating in Ressy and saw the google review and thought it may have been a mistake, but 1.8 is still very generous. The google review here does not represent the star here on this resturant.
Lastly, there are 3-4 very basic low quality sushi here which was not even fresh.
